Employees are always helpful and have a great attitude even during a rush. The pizzas are always good and they don't skimp on toppings, I definitely recommend coming on Tuesday to get some great deals.”

“tonight was the worst!!! i ordered a #1 med, with a sweet tea. i waited over 20 minutes in line. every car ahead of me was handed one bag of food. i get to the window. some rude kid swings open the window. says very rudely, "ugh what did you order?" after telling him, he slams the window shut, and says " Oh my God everything is messed up!" another kid comes, says that they messed up n it was going to be a couple more minutes. after 15 minutes, a manager I'm guessing finally comes to the window, asks what i ordered. Finally i get home n take out my food, its ICE COLD!!!! my fries were cold n hard, my big mac was cold. oh yeah! while i was waiting i watched an emoloyee, make an iced coffee. Before he put the lid on it, he tasted it!!! then proceeded to make more drinks n get them ready for an order!!!! disgusting!!!!! all those employees need to be fired! the managers who were standing outside the whole time smoking, who finally decided to go in need to be fired! never going to THIS location ever again!!!”

“I previously visited this restaurant at their old location with my daughter and had an amazing experience — the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Because of that, I was excited to try their new, larger location for happy hour with a friend. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing this time. When we arrived, we both stood at the entrance for several minutes while multiple staff members looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us or explain whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Eventually someone directed us to a table. We ordered wine and everything seemed fine at first, but our server quickly became unavailable and never checked back in. When our food was delivered by another employee, it was dropped off without utensils or napkins. Happy hour ended at 5:00, and instead of checking on us before then, our server returned afterwards and told us happy hour was over and brought new menus. After finishing our food, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates while multiple staff walked by without clearing the table or checking on us. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no service, we ended up walking to the bar to pay our bill because no one ever brought it to the table. This was frustrating, especially for a restaurant that presents itself as a higher-end dining experience. I know they’re capable of better based on my previous visit, so hopefully the service improves.”

“My dinner is so amazing I had the Truffle and macaroni and cheese with mushroom amazing I had I'm eating the baked chicken right now off the wall experience so far the service the clientele the atmosphere is unexpectedly amazing and I got to say this is the reason why I keep coming back food is amazing the people are top-notch they are very professional everybody from water the bread girl and the bussers asking if I need my table wiped off and if I needed another towel another fork or spoon or taking away my side dish I could never ask for anything more especially on my birthday today they made my birthday just outstanding. Monica the hostess is amazing she knows my name and just awesome the maitre d remember is my face and name so I'm just astounded and even the bread girl Austin made my day and remembering my face and name kudos to the staff at Roxy's Eldorado in Reno Nevada”

“I love this pizza place. ever since their grand opening in Sparks Nv I was in the commercial I will drive from Holbrook Jjnction/Topaz Nv to get this Scrumptious full of flaver Pizza with a twist.. I ordered the Mango Habenero oh. my it is soooo good. and Tikki Marsala chicken pizze. I never made it to the car. Also, Jimmy at the Reno Nv store is very friendly and told me about the different sauces they make and use. jimmy Rocks!!”
