Your location at 591 Prater in Sparks, NV is horrible.
Drive thru is rude and gets orders wrong.
This is issue 5 or 6 in last few months.
Today for lunch I ordered 2 Chicken Burrito Classics with other food and only charged for one burrito, OK.
Got back to work and ZERO chicken burrito in bag.
Drive back to Prater and go inside and ask for refund or chicken burrito...they made two as originally ordered...
