Staple in my city. My father’s been coming here since a teen. I now bring my kids here. Great food, reasonable price, and the staff treats us like family. I’ll always come back to this place.
Been going to this restaurant for over 30 years! Love everything about this place even the outdated decor and bathroom.Kid-friendliness: Kids do not bother them and they are really cool about bringing extra plates for sharing. I’ve never had an issue.

This restaurant used to be located more further down on westchester ave. It was called Monte de oro (gold mountain). I used to go there when I was a kid to a teenager. Then, it closed down. Thank god it relocated more up westchester ave. Under the name of el pabellon de oro (the flag of gold) It still had the same waiters & owner so I knew the food would be the same(delicious).
