One of the last (if not last) old style mcdonalds in nyc, oozing with the old asthetic but more in the "desperately needs an update" sense than a preservation for the past nostalgia. The service took a while and someone who was obviously not in their right mind who seemed to be living out of the bathroom accused me of knocking on the door (which I didn't), but the McChicken I had was actually pretty good so overall worth checking out.
Customer service is very bad, you ask for something and they don't give you what it is, they have little empathy and bad customer management, they should change all the staff who live nearby and I have to go to another place because I don't want to go

Not Bad for a Bronx McDo. Yes there are crackheads and homeless hanging out there constantly, but I've never had any trouble with them and as long as they aren't bothering anybody, I support their right to stay warm in the McDonalds.
