This was the worst delivery experience ever! I would give negative stars of I could! I made an order online for my husband who was in the Bronx with his sick grandmother I was in Brooklyn. My credit card was charged. When the delivery man got there he called me and said I needed to be there with my credit card and photo id, I explained the situation and he told me I needed to call the store. When I did that I got a rude girl who told me she had to cancel my order even if I sent a picture of the credit card and Id to my husband being that it was already paid for I was trying to see if I can switch it to a pick up but she hung up on me and cancelled my order. I finally got to the manager who said yes she could have let the driver know or she could have switched it for me but because she cancelled my order I had to do it all over! Worst customer service ever! I will never order from them again!
