Customer service is ok. I don't expect a red carpet treatment from a subway but i can tell that some of them are miserable. Some easily jump to a defensive mood when you try to correct them or change your mind. The place seems clean and hygienic. I like how they avoid cross contamination by removing their gloves to ring someone out and then putting on a new pair to prepare food for the next customer.
