This Applebees is closer to home located. I have been going here with my son for a while. The Atmosphere is quiet and waiters are great and wait time is never too crazy compared to the Erskine Gateway Mall. Also with Target upstairs and Homegoods around the corner, it is a perfect location. Food was great and drinks too. The food was great the staff was awesome. They took pride in making sure we had an enjoyable time at this location. The coffee could have been a little bit hotter but no bad reflections on staff. I am just picky. That's why people trust my honest fair balanced reviews. Continued success and the bottom line. I would come here again and I recommend if you are in the neighborhood. The food was incredible, ordered chicken with fries and it was juicy, hot, and flavorful. The meal was pretty filling. The customer service is also phenomenal, the waiter was really nice and caring, had a really nice conversation with him, he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Loved the experience.
