Recommend the ice yuzu mint lemonade, chicken katsu burger with curry sauce and the salmon & ikura rice bowl and Japanese pudding (not pictured). It does get busy with many people waiting inside to order at the counter in addition to waiting for seating that is somewhat limited. Seating is first come first serve.
Chef Katsu Brooklyn is a small pop-up restaurant that sits in a quiet part of Brooklyn. I went on a rainy day, so I got the Salmon Dashi Chazuke which was the perfect little warm bowl of soup and rice. The flavors were light and refreshing and I would definitely come back to check out the other items on the menu! Do be warned that the seating is very limited, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very fresh and yummy food! I ordered the Katsu Salmon Burger and the cabbage was the perfect crunch to contrast the rich flavors of the salmon. The ingredients were organic and higher quality. The miso soup was seasoned properly as well. Service was great. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch in Brooklyn!
