Yummy Roman style pizza - reminds me of our time in Rome! The soft serve gelato is sooo good. Wish they had more seating but great to take to the playground nearby or home to reheat.
Basically, it's only for take-out or delivery. I think what I like most about this place is that the tomato sauce has a wonderful bright flavor. Even in NYC, it's sometimes hard to avoid getting that sweet marinara sauce that seems to appeal to the palate of Americans who generally have a higher tolerance for sugar in their food. Really excellent pizza from the crust (thick but not dense) to the toppings. Rec the trifiolo and the bufala/marinara/basil but certain you can’t go wrong. Best slice in the neighborhood! Don’t sleep on the gelato with olive oil drizzle either…
