“Pretty standard flavor spot, slightly pricy if considering the quality. Things would go wrong but nothing really stands out.
They serve fast, clean fast, bill you fast. Understandable but it feels like you are rushed to get out.

✨Tea-smoked duck might be the one I would recommend. The flavor was mild but rich. Meat was not dry.

Dan-Dan noodles was good, a classic. I recommend ask for some vinegar to mix with.

The chive fried pancake was authentic.“

“Came here for Restaurant Week - what a perfectly balanced and rich menu (pre-fix menu also includes a glass of wine and a cocktail). We had XO Sauce Oyster Mushroom and Fresh Squid w/Garlic and Chili Oil for appetizer (very flavorful); perfectly tender and juicy Pork Soup Dumplings (black truffle and pork roe); Lychee Kung Pao Crispy Pork and Braised Beef w/Abalone in Tomato Sauce for entrée (hearty portions and great taste); Sweet & Sour Cabbage and Snow Pea Shoots w/Garlic for vegetable (the best part of the meal! fresh, yummy and such a symphony of tastes!) and Yuzu Coconut Cotta and Osmanthus Ice Jelly for dessert (just the right amount of sweetness and fun texture!) - everything was up to par!
Service was very delicate and attentive, and the whole atmosphere quite nice. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of Szechuan cuisine.“

It is one of the best noodle places in Brooklyn and very reasonable priced. I come here at least once a week. The reviews are accurate. Crossing the bridge noodle is my favorite. My friend loves the beef stew noodle. When we are extra hungry we order the hot and sour dumplings too. So Yummy! “Very nostalgic and homey atmosphere, as well as friendly and welcoming staff.

The prices are very reasonable for the area ($10 or less). Cash/Venmo preferred.

Their best dishes are the braised pork, hands down. Very tender and fatty. For beef noodle, their beef is tender and the soup is flavorful, but the noodle texture can be better, it was too soggy.

The 3 cup chicken and eggplant are too sweet, in my opinion. The potsticker filling were also just alright, but i like how they pan fried it.“

“We’ve been here a couple times and this unassuming hole in the wall shop has some of the best pan fried dumplings in the neighbourhood. At $4 for 8 dumplings, the prices are decent. Eat them fresh and top it with some chili oil and vinegar for a good time. With that being said, I wasn’t a fan of the boiled dumplings.
I also quite enjoyed their wonton soup (simple but made well) but not so much the noodle version - the noodles were thick like udon but on the bland side.
My husband enjoys the sesame pancake with beef which is a little bland for me, however it becomes a winner when you drizzle it with the chili oil and vinegar. I just wish they’d put more beef in it!

They have a pretty big menu for such a small shop and some are better than others. We’ve also tried the boiled dumplings and the pan fried buns which we were not big fans of.

All in all, a good meal for a cheap price. We’ll keep coming back for the pan friend dumplings, wonton soup, and the sesame beef pancake! All 3 together cost $11.25 and we were pretty full by the end!“

I bring my friends and family here so often that they already know my order by heart. However, I’m not a fan of their tipping policy. While I understand the importance of tipping, they often expect a larger tip than I’m able to give on some days. You’d think that as a regular who supports the business frequently, this wouldn’t be an issue, but it still feels a bit awkward. Great prices, big portions, and a no-contact ordering/delivery/pickup process. Who could ask for more these days?I usually order a shrimp lo mein and chicken and broccoli for pickup, and it's ready within 10 minutes. The first time I went to pick up, when I got there I was happy to see robust protection for the staff and customers in these crazy quarantine times. There's a plastic tarp and a pickup box so there is no contact the entire time. If you pay with card, you use a little slot in the tarp, and if you pay with cash you use the box to the side. Receipts and change also go through the box.The food itself was tasty, flavorful, tender, and exactly what you're looking for when you want Chinese take-out. Seriously -- the brown sauce hit the spot! The lo mein noodles were perfectly cooked, and even though I got the small size the shrimp to noodle ratio was very generous. The chicken and broccoli was also perfectly seasoned and a good size for the small. I only paid $15 for the food and two drinks!Check this place out if you want to satisfy your craving for Chinese takeout. It's worth it.“

“Completely happy!!
Do not choose spicier than mild. It's really spicy enough... it was delicious. The four of us also took 4 different dishes and shared them with each other.
It actually doesn't matter what you choose, meat or fish, dry noodles or noodle soup, it was really delicious. (2 of us actually thought it was on the spicy side, but we enjoyed it very much.)
We are only here for a few days but will try to come back again. 😀“

“I ordered the Spicy & Tingly Beef Muscle Hand-Ripped Noodles. It was very flavorful with the right amount of numbing spice and a generous amount of veggies (cabbage and celery). Also, the meat was very tender. I’ve had this in many other locations and I have to say, this is the best one yet. 10/10“

“In this building on the lower floor is where an
Underground of the most delicious food in Brooklyn. Booths, tables, It’s a city of Food by itself and some of these dishes are just delicious. And that is what I found in Hana. During the late 70s and early 80s I would go to Chinatown in New York City to get delicious food. then stores open up in Brooklyn, mom and pops Chinese food and I liked it but I didn’t love it. It was just too fast. I came to New Jersey,to visit and we ordered Chinese food from a place called Chinatown Resturant and I thought that I had walked into the 80s. The food was so good. Last week Sunday I went to downtown Brooklyn to the market. I didn’t know what to choose because it was so many vendors ,foodies. I decided to eat Asian food and I stopped by this small room of four people behind this booth ordered shrimp and rice. They gave me so much. I didn’t think I could eat it but it was so fantastic so 1978 1987. That’s how good it was. It was original Asian food, Chinese food.
I don’t know what else to say to you, because thinking about it and not being able to go there at this moment, it really hurts my feelings. It was the texture. The shrimp popped in my mouth. It was not dry and not wet and it was very hot from the skillet and the smell of it the amount of money which was probably $13 for the huge container she gave me I took one more bite and I said he’ll with it. I’m eating it all.
This is not something that you go home in Brooklyn and go back-and-forth to the refrigerator. Just trying to finish it. I’m finishing it right now and I did , and I’m happy and that’s why I’m sending you there because I know you’re gonna love it. Trust me on this one they know what they’re doing.

Vegetarian options: There are many stores in this building and there are places where you can get vegan food, but I did not go as far this time as I wanted to walk around please go there and see for yourself

Kid-friendliness: It’s a wide-open space and there are a lot of stores in this building and there are family places to sit on benches with tables, something like picnic tables so there’s no problem for children there they’re welcome

Wheelchair accessibility: From the street level there are elevators where are people who have wheelchairs or canes can come right up on the elevator and go wherever they like in the building“

“This place is delicious, Mostly vegan (Barring the Lo mein), and has tons of healthy options. I love ordering the “fish” steak and the sautéed bok choy. I also think their prices are very reasonable. Plus, the staff are very nice and accommodating. Today, my “fish” steak had general Tso’s sauce on it which I did not asked for. So, I called and they sent over my order the correct way.“
