Absolutely delicious hidden gem. Vibrant and fragrant dishes from the Xi’ang region. Lots of cumin and peppers ! I heard they were most celebrated for their cumin lamb pulled noodles which were absolutely delicious. I got “regular” spice and it was pretty spicy , but enjoyable ! I've gone to one of the city locations in the past but this one is nice as well. They are quick and simple as always. They have an outdoor eating area setup but we did take out.
