If you want a SANDWICH sandwich, Court Street Grocers is right for you. I was reminiscing over a sandwich shop that closed in Berkeley (cheese n stuff for my Berkeley peeps), and this place hit the spot. Quick tip -- the menu seems overwhelming at first, but the sandwiches are color coded by meat! I got the American which was stuffed full of turkey and ham. I found myself in Williamsburg, and I was in need of a sandwich. I stopped into Court St Grocers and ordered a Macho sandwich. My sandwich arrived fairly quickly. It was very tasty, but a bit small for my appetite. My bill with a bottle of Poland Spring water was $18.50, a bit steep indeed!

One of the best sandwich shops in the city. I try to get a new sandwich every time I come but I tend to go back to my favorites. You won’t be disappointed.
