I normally frequent this location because the food is tasty and fresh. Yesterday, it was DISGUSTING! When I appealed to the Manager, Mr. Singh, he raised his voice and refuted what I said as if this was impossible. Never once (he must have missed the class on customer satisfaction) did he attempt to make amends. A pretty average crown fried chicken, food tastes the same as everyone single one in the city. They are respectful and the average wait time for normal order is between 10 and 20 minutes, depending upon how many people are in there. There is an ATM located in there and they do not accept card so be mindful of that.

What's to say Crown Fried Chicken is either hit or miss like most restaurants nowadays. The chicken if you get it fresh and you can ask for it fresh it is a one it is wonderful I don't like having chicken that's been sitting inside of a heater. Other than that and you get what you pay for it's not the Ritz Carlton but if you want something quick easy easy on the pocket definitely stop in.
