Not sure what all the complaints about customer service are about. I ordered a flat white. It was made well and the service was quick despite the long line. I was served by a girl at register who was very kind to me when I didn’t know what I wanted. The guy on bar was also nice and made my drink quickly!
best ambiance and service, i love coming here and having all the baristas remember my name and order, they're all wonderful. bobby always remembers my music taste, heather is always soo sweet, and joanna makes a meaaann latte :) my favorite spot with my favorite baristas in all of brooklyn! also their cheese scones are

I don’t know how they do it but they get my drink order perfect every single time. Whenever I come in it’s usually two people, Heather and Bobby and they’re both so cool, they talk to me about pretty much whatever and it’s always a fun convo. Cup of Brooklyn is a great spot and I will definitely be coming back more often!!
