This was our first time visiting this Williamsburg Italian bakery. We ordered the Lobster Tail, St. Joseph Zeppole & Rainbow Cookies. And we ordered cappuccinos which were perfect. Everything was amazing. Also, the atmosphere was chill with plenty of indoor seating; kept very clean. The staff were super nice & friendly! Can’t wait to return and try more things! Also, we ordered a few things to-go; and our favorites were the Cannoli, Pignoli & Pistachio Cookies.
I am not Italian and have no experience with Pastry, but Fortunato's i am quite fond of. Their Cheesecake is what my folks always came here for (Birthday Cake Substitute). And i'm very sure i could identify their Cheesecake in a blind taste test with 110% accuracy. My favorite thing is the cake box with their brand and logo. And that Rainbow Cookie... Hard to explain but, it's a multi-layered cake disguised as a "Cookie". Moist without feeling dense. Firm yet absolutely delicate....read full review

Great customer service. Also, the cannoli cake sold here is amazing. It's perfect for those who don't like super sweet desserts and prefer their frosting to be light and fluffy. I challenge you to only eat one cannoli cake slice!
