A few pieces stood out and were very good (sweet shrimp, sea scallop, wagyu, toro, hand roll) but other pieces were bland despite the fish being very fresh. Probably wont be back even though i live in the neighborhood.
Brought my girlfriend here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and her birthday as well. Not too familiar with omakase experiences but had absolutely nothing negative to say about the food. Fish tasted fresh and simple. Service was exceptional, warm and friendly. Immediately felt welcomed and at home. Also brought us a surprise birthday cake at the end.

I LOVE Ishi so much... This was my favorite omakase experience in NYC! Brought my parents here for their anniversary and their first ever Omakase.The ambiance is lovely.
