I am so glad that Taste of Guilin exists. My wife grew up eating Guilin Noodles in China and whenever she felt homesick, we would take a drive over to Taste of Guilin so she could relive some memories. Guilin Noodles is a very niche type of noodle dish even among Chinese in NYC. The service is order at the counter and pick up food when ready. Hands down best matcha latte. Extremely large cup for only 6 dollars with tax. You can taste sweetness along with the rich matcha flavor. The employees are also very patient and friendly.
