“My husband and I got our gender reveal cakes made here and we were absolutely blown away! From our initial encounter, the girls at the shop were so friendly, accommodating, and excited to help. We explained what we had in mind, a vintage style heart shaped cake with the middle filling being pink or blue to reveal what our baby would be. They COMPLETELY nailed the cake & it was not only beautiful but it was so delicious. We also requested a second cake, their signature tarte style, but in a heart shape decorated either pink or blue to share with our family once the reveal was over. The tarte cake literally made me cry that’s how beautiful it was and the macaroons were out of this world! 10/10 recommend thecookieshop for any of your special occasion bakery needs!“

“I love this place and knowing my boyfriend and I can safely eat any and everything. We’ve had the sandwich loaf bread, the baguette, the blueberry pie and a couple of the donuts. All are tasty and fresh. We particularly enjoy the bread. Quality, a great size, reasonably priced, doesn’t crumble or fall apart. Highly recommend.“

“Adorable little breakfast spot! We got there just before the Saturday rush and were able to sit right away with no wait. Everything about the place is sweet, the decor and the staff. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. We did wait about half hour for our food but we didn't mind. I had the breakfast sandwich which was delicious! Only issue was the biscuit was a bit burnt but it still tasted good! Everyone else at the table was also happy with their food. We will definitely be back!“

The rainbow cookies are moist ( always fresh ) dense but yet light ? little Miracles . The crème brûlée is better Than any I’ve had in a restaurant . The bread ? is good , cannolis are good too ( I’m not a big cannoli gal ) but still good .. My husband who’s a Brooklyn born Sicilian loves the Sarviata cookies … A good first experience would be the mini rainbow cookie cake .. Had their breakfast bagel with eggs and bacon and it was absolutely delicious. Eggs were fluffy and the bacon was perfectly cooked. The people there are wonderful. In particular there was an older gentleman there (can't remember his name), who was so genuinely kind to me and my daughter and also very funny. “I came to the bakery on Easter Sunday early in the morning after going by a local bakery and seeing a huge line. I remembered someone recommending this bakery so I drove up the road and decided to stop by and give them a try. My first impression of the well decorated simple and the cakes and desserts really stood out. They even had a section for dog treats that were made for the pups. The customer service was exceptional. The young lady who helped me with my pretty large order considering I was going to two Easter festivities and was in charge of dessert was beyond helpful very patient and very welcoming. When I arrived, of course I took time looking at the cakes and desserts that they had to offer and I was unable to make a choice. I finally did make a choice and decided on the bunny cake, which is white or vanilla cake with chocolate and buttercream, and I also got a rainbow cookie cake, which was phenomenal not dry, it was delicious I also got the assortment of Italian pastry, platters with cannoli Napoleons and tarts, and those were delicious as well. I got a small box of cookies which were good as well as a box of assorted donuts, and linzor tart. I wish I would've taken pictures of everything that I purchased, but unfortunately I didn't. I must say everything that I tried. I had a small sampling at the different events. I went to that day and I must say I was not disappointed at all by anything that I purchased, the lobster tail was delicious. It was right amount of crunch. It was not soggy and the inside was just perfectly sweetened. I would recommend recommend and have been recommending this bakery to everyone I come across. I must say it's way better than it competitor which is down the road, but it's also a little slightly more expensive but like I've told everyone I rather pay a little more for gracious service a pleasant experience and a great product. Kudos I think I have my regular bakery and I hope to try other delicious treats from here very soon.“

“I used Fritzsche's as the baker for my wedding cake and they were fantastic to work with! The cake was so delicious and gorgeously decorated. It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it. I’m a local to the area and have been going here for years and recommend it to family and friends from out of town.
