I ordered the Dinner half Rotisserie chicken, stew chicken, tostones, white rice, and beans, and you have to get the side of garlic sauce. The food was hot, on point, and flavorful. “The place is pretty small, more of a takeout style since there are only 2 stools alongside the narrow counter. I ordered the traditional chimi chimi minus the mayonnaise since I just hate mayonnaise. The sandwich comes with the beef patty, pan de agua, green tomatoes, and white cabbage, and the sauce is a mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and hot sauce. I got the homemade tamarind juice to drink. The chimi was pretty good, I loved that they really kept it traditional with the green tomatoes and white cabbage. The sauce mixture was very good. The meat itself was a bit dry and lacked flavor so you definitely need the sauce to up the flavor. The tamarind juice was absolutely delicious and tasted, just like how they make it in DR. The fried cheese balls were just ok. We also ordered the beef empanadas, which were probably my favorite item along with the delicious green sauce. The service was great. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want to eat chimis.“
“Its a quaint clean establishment the staff is courteous the meals come in various sizes from small to large. when you walk in and see a very appetizing food display with a variety appetizing dishes it took me a minute to make up my mind I settled for the small beef stew w/rice and steam vegetables and the meal did not disappoint should have ordered the large meal. The beef was deliciously tender the vegetables weren't over cooked, white rice cooked to perfection. They also offer loyalty points.“

“Absolutely delicious. It should be noted that this is actually Buen Sabor, the Dominican place on metropolitan. Not sure why the name is different. Anyway, my husband and I get Tres Golpes breakfast from here often. they cook everything fresh and it's always delicious. The tostones were great too. I've ordered mango juice and lemonade and both seem to be made from scratch based on the taste and color. I would highly recommend if you like Latin food!“

La Reina has been around a few years, and appears to be holding their own amongst the other neighborhood Latin restaurants within the area. Our orders have been tasty and seem to be freshly made. We haven't dined in, so uncertain if that's an option. Driving by, their inside seems tiny, though their outward appearance is rustic and inviting.It is important to note, food-wise we are not in The Heights where full on authenticity is prevalent. We ordered the food to go, but there are some seats by the windows, and had we had more time, most likely we would've stayed to enjoy our meal. The Tres Leches Cake for dessert was truly a treat! My receipt showed I ordered two, however they corrected the problem and delivered the desserts. I would order again if they fix their website to not allow orders for items that aren’t available.
