“tender rice noodles with lots of sauce & fish cakes. It's simple, but soooo yummy. It's only 4$ for a small container, larger size is just a few bucks more. this place is cash & take out only. only con: the area can get conjested super fast because the street is under construction.“
“Time and time again, Shah’s Halal cart has been my go to halal cart in all of NY. I’ve tried halal carts from LES, UES, UWS, Flat Iron, Financial District, 53rd and 6th, Astoria, Bayside, etc, and I still come back to Shah’s. I moved to Florida 6 years ago and when I come back to visit family, you bet I’m paying a visit to Shah’s.“
“The best halal carts ever! It is across skyview and it's open till pretty late. I always get chicken over rice with white sauce, it's $8 and it is so so good! What stands out is the rice and the salad, it consists of tomato lettuce and bell pepper. I always recommend it to everyone, one of the best halal carts in flushing!“
“Recently, Jixiang BBQ started selling ice powder at night! I personally feel that the ice powder does not have a very cold feeling, and the price is a little expensive. I bought two servings of brown sugar, which is quite sweet, and there are many types of ingredients, but for the price, one serving is quite small.“
“I was meeting my cousin for dinner In Flushing during my NYC business trip. My cousin and I decided to just eat small bites at a few places. The Peking Duck Sandwich Stall was one of our stops. They have a window out front, and you just order however many Peking Duck sandwich you want. We ordered 2 each. It didn't take long (maybe 5-10 minutes) for our food to be ready. There were some benches on the sidewalk on front of the stall, so we sat there, and ate our buns. There was a good chunk of duck inside each sandwich with a good balance of the fixings and sauce. Overall, a satisfying snack, and GREAT if you are craving Peking Duck, and just want individual serving at a decent price ($2.50 each). Definitely stop by here if you like Peking Duck.“
