The customer service is the complete worst among all subways I’ve been to. I ordered a sandwich from 7pm and I literally had to show up for him to start preparing my sandwich. I showed up at 7.50pm and he looked at me and smile because he wasn’t preparing any sandwiches but was on his cell phone the whole time probably. I used app to order my meal. Used BOGOfree coupon. And $2 off from 400 score credit in app. The food was nice. But the store keeper’s attitude was horrible. He directly told me I spend too less and I asked too much for extra vegetables toppings. Making me feel embarrassed.I mean, if they don’t want customers get too much discounts. soooo unhappy experience. I ordered twice at here. First time, I ordered online and after 40mins to go for pick up and when I arrived, there is no customer waiting but it is not ready at all.
