The Malatang （麻辣烫) is actually very nice, pretty close to the flavor of standard Malatang franchise in China. The ingredients are fresh and the broth is flavorful. If you want to try very authentic Northeastern flavor, you just need to add 3 -4 spoon of sesame paste, 2-3 spoon of Szechuan peppercorn oil(花椒油） and 2 spoon of sugar. The only downside is a little pricey (around $25) for a quick meal.
I come in to the store as a new customer, they explain me how the service work, you get to choose your own ingredients to prepare a soup and love it!!! Little expensive but it's worth it!!!

The taste is okay, but it’s too cheesy. Especially the set meal recommended by the boss. It’s all noodles and fried dough sticks. I even added vegetables and there weren’t even two pieces. There was even less meat.
