“First time at Taco Tuesday on Freeport's Nautical Mile. My wife order a chicken burrito and I ordered the ground beef burrito. Food was good with acceptable prices. We ate outside however this is more of a take out place. The place would be better if they had waiter service during the summer months. But it seems all restaurants are having trouble getting staff to fill slots. Will consider going back again.“
“I went to Ottos after work with my friend. She had the Docked Out Bloody Mary which came with crispy bacon and a shrimp. She said it was really good! I had a Cosmo-tini with Grey Goose Vodka, also very good. The place is right on the water in freeport, pn the Nautical Mile. The ambiance was amazing. They had a band playing soft rock. A very chill atmosphere. The food was good and tasty very fresh. They were very attentive to us, I must say service was also good! Overall a good time had on a nice summer evening!!“
“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“

Every time you enter, you're greeted with positivity and I truly appreciate the ability to customize all of the ingredients in your order. “This place is a hidden gem and features some of the best ice cream/ gelato I've ever had on Long Island. I got the campfire crunch swirly, and it was delicious. The owners are super friendly and have created a community for us gluten free and horror fans! As a person that developed Celiac late in life, the beer at Necro is the absolute best! “This place is a little diamond. Went for the first time last night and WOW. It took me back to Italy. They don't use the artificial flavors you'll find at all the local icecream shops. It's REALLY pistachio and hazelnut and chocolate. The flavors were absolutely incredible and smooth. Not too sweet. Just perfect across the board. No little bits of ice like you get at other spots where the ice cream has been sitting. It was all fresh. And the owner was a lovely Italian woman who was so happy to share her treats with us. They were very kind and patient as we struggled to pick a flavor (because they all were AMAZING). They also have an assortment of tarts and the icecream cakes that looks like the best ice cream cake you'll ever have. They are absolutely beautiful! If you love proper Italian gelato or ice cream this spot is gonna be your new favorite.“

“I'm so surprised I hadn't written a review for Marvel before, especially since I have been here a couple times because it's pretty close to my sister's house. It's definitely great value compared to a lot of other ice cream shops. Since the last time I was there they've added more flavor options too. When I went recently, I ordered a small cup of half pistachio/half dulce de leche with the Marvel mix on top (rainbow sprinkles/chocolate crunchies). It hit the spot, although it did not seem as creamy as it was the last time I had it. Service was ok, not the friendliest though. If I'm around the area, I may pop back.“

Really good flavor and ratio of meat and cheese and toppings. Best part of the meal.- onion rings: these were okay, but I think it was due to the delay in getting home and eating them. The sauce was good and and breading indicated they’d be good fresh. Could benefit from having more in the order.- soup dumplings: very tasty, still warm when I got home with them. “Love going to Bigelows i’m sitting at the bar the experience is great watching the staff freshly batter seafood and putting it right in the fryer right in front of you. The New England clam chowder is like no other. It is very delicious and creamy the perfect consistency for clam chowder. Definitely the best around the Ipswich fried clams are my go to favorite. They are fried to perfection and very clean oil which makes the food very good because the oil is always clean that they cook in. The people that work at Bigelow’s are great. Always welcoming and fun to hang out with by the bar while you eat your delicious seafood, no matter what you get I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area and you love seafood, you will not get any fresher!! “Very much a hidden gem. The place is cozy with a warm atmosphere and very cool. There are the big beer tanks visible right in the space. There are so many interesting beer and drink choices and a small menu with a few items like a bar pizza and empanadas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a tent out back with heaters, tables and benches for extra space. The parking is tight but spots available. Cute hangout and definitely great if you're into beer! ? ? ?“
“We had The Big Cheese Bellmore food truck for our son’s 1st birthday was the best decision we made! Everyone was raving about the food, how unique it was, how quickly they served everyone, and how amazing Chrissa was. Chrissa was so kind and went out to her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She even showed up early to check where the best place to park would be. So happy we chose to have Chrissa and her amazing staff for the party! She is absolute joy! Loves what she does, people, and cooking! Highly recommend! There are over 100 flavors to pick from and additives and more so truly you can go wild. I really enjoyed coconuts tutti fruti, tigers blood so far. I wish I had one sooner. In 1970; my parents made the same decision countless others did; joining the great migration to the suburbs, determined to find a nice, safe place to settle and raise a family in one of the most highly-rated school districts in America. Fortunately; my parents found a modest 3-bedroom home on a block that was literally IN WALKING DISTANCE to All American and, believe me, WE WALKED THERE OFTEN. There may have been a McDonald's or BK somewhere in Massapequa, but I have absolutely no memory of that! Sorry MickyD's, this is just something that doesn't translate to mass franchising, not that you're too worried, I'm sure. I'm an old lady now and I am so pleased to see that little has changed at All American, because...it was perfect. I have tears in my eyes looking at the photos and remembering the countless summer nights we'd scrounge for change in the couch cushions, Mom's purse, anywhere-- and it was always enough to get a hot delicious burger, fries, drink and even a grilled cheese or ar knish. We'd sit along the benches on the sides; happily stuffing our faces, completely unaware of just how lucky we were, or that this cherished icon would still stand half a century later; looking much as it did then-- even though we certainly don't! I know this treasure has received some well-deserved love from the show: Diner's, Drive-in's and Dives and that guy obviously has good taste! The name could not have been more appropriate: It's an ALL-AMERICAN place in one of the greatest All-American hometowns, Massapequa, NY. Enjoy!“

“Best mall on the island, in my opinion. Great tech stores and kids stores. Even good clothing stores coming from someone who dispises clothing shopping. The only issue is that it is so big you can get lost. There are maps all over the mall, but if you can't read them, bring someone with you who can. There used to be paper maps as well that you could take with you around the mall, but they stopped making them. You can get a digital version on your phone, though.“

“The restaurant is in a low traffic area and seems to do decent with takeout. I haven't seen anyone sit down yet each time I went. Restaurant looks pretty clean and full of space. The folk working here are pretty nice. Portion sizes are either lunch or dinner size for your platters. Even the lunch size is a good size portion enough for one person. The dinner size is enough for two people. When we ordered the lunch size for gyro, we had a choice of either a salad or a soup for the first side which is separate from the gyro and there is a second side that goes along with the gyro, so you can pick one of the following fries, rice, lemon potatoes or grilled vegetables. The container is filled about 80% full with grilled pita. When we ordered the dinner size for gyro, its the same as lunch but you can pick two of the sides that go along the gyro. This is effectively filling your container all the way to the top at 100% filled with grilled pita. Recently it appears they increased this to up to three sides, but I imagine they will just reduce the portion size of each side if you pick three but would still fill the container full. The Greek salad is good and the soups we tried were also good. The gyros and chicken souvlaki were on point.“

“I've came to blacksmiths many times for coffee and bakery items, but today was my first time having an actual breakfast. The breakfast quesadilla was pretty good and a big portion size in my opinion. I always love getting the maple brown sugar latte! Overall blacksmiths is delicious with friendly staff, but a little pricey in my opinion - which is why I only come here once in a while. Would recommend!“

“I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one now. Tonight we threw a surprise birthday party for a family member here. The entire experience was amazing.The owner is super accommodating, even letting me switch the date or the event last minute and change the number of people. They gave us ample space to set up food, desserts, and have more than enough seating for our guests.The bartender was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. He even came to sweep our area before our event started after we dropped some decorations on the floor.There was a live band that everyone enjoyed, from the younger guests to the older guests. The games also kept the kids entertained.This place was exactly what we were looking for and it was perfect for everyone who attended, from the 4 year old up to the 78 year old. This is perfect for events and families!“
