After trying Dolce Bella at Roosevelt Field Mall, I noticed that they had a flyer for hosting parties and events. I decided to get in contact with Brandyn, the owner, to book them for my wedding as an after ceremony treat. A free standing kiosk (island) inside the Roosevelt Field mall, nice concept, cannolis with modern "fillings" and yes they have the traditional ricotta filling they lost as "OG" ..they fill the cannolis to order so the shell is crunchy, and I must admit they do stuff the cannoli very well I was skeptical at first because they don't use a traditional pastry bag to fill , they use a spoon/scooper, similar to what they use for gelato , on the day I went they didn't have the flavors...read full review

Dolce Bella was such an amazing addition to our school fundraising event! Everyone at Dolce Bella is amazing to work with. Excellent communication and service and of course the product is top notch!
