Crispy Chicken melt was disappointing because couldn't taste the pepper jack cheese, was not even visible, and looked dry (definitely no melting cheese like in the photos). And it took a while to get the order.

The food, especially the Buffalo sandwich, was exceptionally good--arguably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a while.
