“Shooters is a great place! It’s where good food meets sports. You can always catch all football hockey baseball golf and more…. It’s conveniently located between the wantagh parkway, & 135 just 2 blocks from sunrise and the train. It’s also the first stop back from the beach so make sure you stop in for some great food . Food has a great selection from Bar food and apps to sandwiches wraps steaks and seafood! Decor is an awesome relaxed vibe with sandals on the walls and tiki straws hanging with surf boards on the ceiling. Large wall of TVs let’s you catch every game snd every play. Service was great as well with super friendly bartenders! The kids menu and family friendly environment was such a bonus. This place really captures the best of two worlds. We’ll be back for sure !!!“

“I am so happy this place exists. Finally some Real Mexican food! The tacos pastor, pollo and birria are absolutely amazing. The salsa verdes and rojos are homemade and delicious. Everthing I tried was delicious and authentic. Very clean and friendly atmosphere, great people working as well.“

“I'm a local love very close but for a local place not heavy on promotion they have some good vybz drinks are reasonable hookah available usually after 10 little more than usual but worth it when the right person is making it for you great on customer service if your unhappy with any kind of treatment or service just respectively voice it to management and they always accommodate when reasonable. “Had a surprisingly great experience here! I was expecting just low quality snack food but the tacos were really delicious and did not skimp out on fillings. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed the Cuban sandwich, saying it was potentially one of the best ones he’s ever had. Prices are reasonable. The waitress was also really friendly and nice. This is a great place to wind down and have a drink or a snack after practicing at the driving range.“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“Last minute decision to go out to eat and Applebee's is an easy choice plus you could watch baseball too. The atmosphere was upbeat, the food was good . I also have to commend Applebee's for their community service, this time they had a special that benefited Alex's Lemonade Stand. In the past, they have also helped the high school swim team with a fund raising breakfast. Their hearts are in the right place. We enjoyed our dinner, the food was good, the service was good. Too bad our baseball team lost...oh well, next time“

“Arrived with a party of 9 on my bday and the owner and staff accommodated us last minute. They were very thoughtful and kind constantly checked if we were ok. The food and drinks came out in a decent time. The owner G and staff were sooooo funny and caring and loving. We ended up going back to dance that night. I definitely enjoyed myself and will be back !!!“

One hungry day, I felt comfortable enough to order some food without much inconvenience to hunt someone down since they were doing their rounds. I got a BLT, didn’t really like it… hated the bread it was served on, too much thick cut lettuce and too little bacon, I had deli expectations for it. Mozzarella sticks are good though, haven’t tried much else. Tables are pretty decent and place is spacious. They also have board games too! Bathrooms are okay. I don’t love going in but I don’t hate going in, have not had a physical disgust reaction to it yet so ? Yes it can be a little pricey here, but the atmosphere and service is great so it depends on what you value. Overall recommend for those looking to play pool seriously as they also have an involved community.“
