“Upscale pub atmosphere with very friendly and genuine service. Across the board the food is incredible - extremely flavorful and complex making for an exciting dining experience. The half chicken dish is simply unbelievable - in a class of its own.If there were any disappointments it was only because many other dishes performed so well. My tacos are great on their own but will not be the stars of the show. The maple ice cream is very good but a bit strongly flavored for the end of the night.We will return, probably many more times.“

“We often go to Valley Harvest when we don't feel like cooking. Great salads and decent sandwiches - the hot dog is good too. The best thing about this place is the ice cream. Micro batches of really unique flavors. A word of caution - it does take a while for the food - lots of locals call ahead for orders or do take-out. Otherwise it's a favorite!“

“We have been here many times and had excellent meals; tonight's was somewhat of a disappointment. Our waitress was excellent and listened at the end of our dinner to our disappointments and provided desserts, which we hadn't asked for, but was very sweet. But the young staff hovered and kept trying to rush us and take away our plates, which we were still working on. We asked them to "slow down" the service. We understand wanting turns but we felt too hurried to finish. The salmon was overcooked and an unappealing small tail piece. The other dish--shrimp with beans--was too many beans but tasty. We will return and hope for the five-star quality we have become accustomed to. Prices are fair for the portion size and overall quality. We also probably won't come again on a Saturday eve when it is so busy, which is great for the restaurant.“

“On a Sunday afternoon during our weekend stay in Hudson we ware lucky enough to get a table here and what a treat that was!We got some appetisers and threes different mains for us to try. For a moment it felt like we are in Tuscany and not in Hudson.A definite recommend!It may be our favourite Gem!!!“

“What an amazing juice bar! My husband and I came from the city for a Catskill weekend trip. We stumbled into this place and so happy we did. We were greeted so welcoming as soon as we entered. We had two green juices and some health shots that were mixed for us. The place felt so homey and chill- we will be back.“

“We came here for my husband's birthday - it was sort of a selfish bday plan since I'm the candle lover in the relationship but turns out, my husband LOVED this experience more than I could have ever anticipated. “Such an awesome place had great food hot dogs and some of the most awesome ice cream selection and dishes. The owner who greeted us was very friendly and was able to tell us about the town that we were visiting and we had a great time sitting outside eating our hot dogs and ice cream. Plenty of parking right in front handicap accessible with a ramp and inside will remind you of your ice cream parlor childhood. Price point was perfect.“

“Pro : I enjoyed the beautiful aesthetic of this place. The place is a modernize architecture in a rural upstate NY. I went with a friend of mines & she enjoyed her flight of beer/cider.Con: me & my friend got there at 730ish on Friday night closing at 8. The bar tender took our order as the last round and provided us with the bill on the iPad & paid. At no point did the bartender ask of we were enjoying our beer or if it was first time there. she seemed annoyed that we even showed up at 730. She didn't speak to us after providing the beer, she seemed in rush to shut the place down. I wish the customer service was better. With that being said I'd go again because of the quality of the cider/beer and the ambiance was nice was but not customer service“

“Coffee is great and food is always consistently good. Staff is friendly and the girl at the counter serving coffee has the best smile. They always makes you feel welcome. Place is consistently packed with locals and visitors. Get there early and get your seats before they are all taken.“

“Got an espresso to stay. Came with a little cookie which was a nice touch. My pics don't include the spoon cause i left it at the pickup station. Friendly staff and unique environment. Smells like leather and machine oil so if you like that then it's the coffee shop for you.“

The NY IPA was good, and I like that they have 3 different size options, but the mushroom and swiss burger was delicious!! “My fiancée and I just arrived tonight from the city we were starving. Boy, were we glad that we picked this place for dinner while en route via amtrak.We had the Wonton Nacho, State Grill Burger and the Truffle Shuffle Burger. All of it was delicious and our server was so sweet and welcoming, she made us forget that we were anywhere near NYC but closer to a small town kind of hospitality and vibe. We would definitely come back!“

“One of my favorite places to have breakfast on a Saturday morning is The Hudson Valley Dessert Co. Connie and everyone at the bakery always put love into everything they make! This morning I got an egg and Asiago sandwich with avocado and homemade sausage that they make there! It was (and always is,) delicious! I got a cup of hazelnut hot chocolate to have with it!(Please forgive the half-a-sandwich photo.
