Placed a pickup order on the app, went to pick it up and they told me it wasn't paid for. I showed them the confirmation email, and my banking app showing the order was paid for. The manager accused me of trying to get my order for free and became dismissive when I tried to explain. He told me he has too many orders to worry about mine. Last time going to this second rate catastrophe.
Love this location. Service is quick, place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The ingredients are always fresh and they have great coupons. You can also get freebies as a repeat customer ?
