“Favorite FLX brewery! The beer is always delicious and the view is great. We rotate between sitting inside and throwing a frisbee outside. They are always very friendly, especially to our dog. The owner, Ian, is an Eagles fan and talk to us on our first visit 6 years ago. We've come back every year since on our anniversary trip.“
“Bar tender was amazing! Outworked the lazy, clueless bartenders next door!“
“We had the MOSt amazing day! We did a wine tasting and met an incredible man named John Pulos. John was out tasting guide but shared his amazing knowledge of wine along with his unequaled knowledge of the Titanic,If you ever have a chance to go to meet him....I recommend you do! Thanks for an amazing wine tasting education and a journey legendary story!!“
“Really loved the beer here and the bands playing (2 different bands in the 2 buildings). The views are spectacular. The heaters over part of the outdoor dining area were perfect because we went on a very busy Saturday. We had a somewhat large group- 16 people and simply called ahead to make sure it was okay. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back here with friends/family.“
“My wife and I stopped here while we were touring wineries and breweries. I tried some of their IPAs and their Oktoberfest, and she got the seasonal pumpkin ale. We went back two nights later and had more. The beer was very good, and they had a great variety. The service was great, and the venue was really cool with both an indoor and outdoor area. They have an amazing view of Seneca Lake too, and we got to see an awesome sunset. We did not try their food, but they do have a pretty good menu. They've got some pretty cool merch for sale too.“
“It's a friendly brewery. The seating is nice and the beer is really good. It's where we go when waiting for pizza from next door. That's at least every Saturday.“
“My husband and I visited Hop Notch for the first time and were very pleased with the mimosa seltzer and ale they brewed. Jeff was a great guy to talk with and so willing to share his knowledge on business and brewing.“
“Great atmosphere here! A plethora of wines to choose from for your tastings and, of course, to purchase bottles of before you leave! The wines we tasted were great! Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and made the visit that much more enjoyable! We left with several bottles of wine and some delicious fudge.“

“As a Brit this place is a real taste of home. The pub itself is a lovely, cozy, place that has all the charm of an authentic British local. The cask beers are traditional to the UK but hard to find in the States, so if you’re looking to try something different, this is the spot. The grounds are also spectacular with gorgeous views on Seneca Lake. Other highlights are the cask beer festival they hold in the summer, as well as Bonfire Night, which is a traditional British holiday that takes place on Nov 5th. They also sell popular UK snack foods and other imported treats. The last time I visited they still hadn’t found a new chef, but I hear they are trying to reopen the kitchen as soon as they can. There’s nothing else quite like it in the area.“
