Frequentem Brewing Co. Brewery • $$

“Cool place, very modern atmosphere. January was"stout month" so we missed that; I guess they had 4-5 different ones thru the month. They've got 12 taps, 3 dark beers but primarily had IPA & sour's this trip; only one pale ale, no lagersor other ale varieties this time. My favorite was their "Wild Turkey 2009 single barrel bourbon barrel aged 2023 American imperial stout." A nice, thick stout with great flavors. Lots of bourbon with vanilla, chocolate, a touch of coffee & just the right hint of sweetness.“

“What a super fun friendly brewery. So many locals that just welcomed us in on a busy night here. This was one of a few stops during a much needed girls beer tour. We fell in love with this cozy atmosphere. We got a table in the corner right by the bar and immediately order lots of drinks. I went with a flight: Captain suburbia, cream ale 4.8 5x5 , Vienna larger 5.5 California breakdown , west coast IPA 6.7 Ravenous soul , hazy IPA 6.0 All were delicious but their breakdown was spectacular They have some appetizers available, flat bread pizza, pretzel sticks, veggies and hummus. Really enjoyed our time here“

Lincoln Hill Farms Brewery •

“The firework show here on July 4th is wonderful and I have been coming to it for the past two summers, and have never been disappointed…probably one of if not the best show in the area, and it’s free! (besides parking)Not too much to do before the show unless you are at least 21 and drink but the farm is cute to walk around there are a few farm animals and kids are usually playing field games and stuff. There is a local band playing at the stage which is pretty cool!Very crowded…like very. If you want a good spot you should probably come early. A lot of weed smoking going on to the point where some spots are unbearable to be in. The food options are excellent but the prices are not… $4 for a water bottle is ridiculous…Overall I definitely recommend coming if you want to see a good show just expect to pay a lot for food and be around ALOT of people and kids“

“Stopped in after another event - and were the first people seated on a Saturday. Food we really liked - had the meatball trio and the fish tacos - both were good. If I had one critique, the meatballs were a little 'crumblier' than I like them - but the taste was nice!We split a chicken bacon white pizza ?- and that was wonderful!I also had the cherry bourbon buck beverage - and I could have had a pitcher of that one - I was worried it would be too cherry-forward, but I thought it was balanced nicely. My wife had the hot chocolate and she liked that a lot too.Parking: Parking around three sides of the bldg.“

TWISTED RAIL BREWING CANANDAIGUA Brewery • $
169 Lakeshore Dr, Canandaigua

“First time at this brew pub. It's right near the lake and adjacent to where the Canandaigua Lady tour boat sails from. Large selection of their own brews. Also, some featured cocktails. I had a flight and we both had the beef on weck, which was outstanding. This is actually one of 4 locations. Lots of outdoor seating (it was raining during our fall visit). Two floors of indoor seating. We were looking for something to do on a rainy day, and the 20 mile drive was worth it.“
