Didn’t realize the food would be different from franchise to franchise - food was disappointing. As IHOPs go, this is a good one. Limited seating as it's not a massive building. The wait staff was attentive, polite, and kind to my son. My son was given chocolate chips on the side with his chocolate chip pancakes (we didn't ask for that, but was really cool of them). He was very excited to have his cup of chocolate chips.
