“The food is soooooo good! Like you think you have your favorite Haitian restaurant, then you try Belle Fourchette! The tassot is the greatest I've ever had \\u0026 I'm not a fried food person. Amazing! Every compliment to the chef!“
“This review is late but nonetheless is needed because the food was phenomenal! I ordered fried turkey wings with black rice and salad. The turkey wings were seasoned to perfection and tender. If know anything about Haitian black rice, you know it's addictive because it's so tasty. While waiting for my food, I met the owner, who was very hospitable. Overall, customer service and the quality of the food was superb. I look forward to my next visit.“
“A family staple, we go here for every bulk order of Pate & Bread. Service is standard, no complaints. It's not a sit and eat establishment. Foods always been on point. Like most Haitian spots I wish the Pate had more filling, but if you know, you know.“
“Omg one of the best Haitian bakery I have visited. The Haitian pate so good, the bread as couldn't even wait to get home because of the smell I had to grab a bite. One thing I have to say I wish the lady at the cashier could have been nicer to customers. She was awful ?.“
“Love love love there patties! La Baguette has a few locations in NYC and they all sell the same top quality patties and bread. All are fresh made to perfection! I e tried a few spots around but as for patties , they are my definite favorite. Bouillon is served on Saturday and soup joumou on Sunday. Oh yes! You won't be disappointed.“
“Amazing place, I catered my mom’s birthday bash there and it was so fabulous, it was lots of fun, laughs, good food , karaoke, dancing, and when they brought the cake with the fire blast candle WOW!! the look on my mom‘s face she was so happy like a little girl. I was so amazed by how wonderful and talented the staff is, they had a live ban and an amazing singer, host and more, they gave my mom the mic , my mom had the spot light on her and give an amazing speech, wise words for an amazing women, who been there and done that lol! I will cherish those words forever!! I wanted to stay having fun all night dancing and singing karaoke, but of course the night had to end! AMAZING PLACE!! and I’d give it a 10 star if it was an option!!!“
“I'm fully convinced that Le Bon Pain has the best Haitian bread and patties in NY hands down. I can easily devour an entire soft but chewy long bread. The fish patties are my go to but I decided to try the oxtail patty as well. It was fire! So delicious. My only request is to please put more meat in the patties!!! Service was prompt and everything was fresh late morning. I highly recommend visiting.“
“This was Haitian food at a very excellent level. The service was really good. Although, I am not sure if everyone was good at understanding English. It will be great if some signs are placed around the food offerings for the sake of persons who are not Haitians. The prices are very reasonable!Great work!Keep it up!“
“Coming in you'll see trays upon trays behind a glass panel FULL of fried meats. The smell is just incredible. Based on reviews, I did call ahead to ask how long it'd take and in 15 minutes, I was at the shop with a very generous helping of fried pork, pickled vegetables, chicken stew sauce, salad, and a WHOLE platter of rice.Look, just call ahead. See what the wait is like. When I came in, it was start to rain and it was around 415. Even then, there was a family ahead of me. Just be patient. As for those that don't speak french creole and are scared to come in. Don't be. They know a bit of english too. Worst case scenario? Just point and choose. Whatever, it's damn good, home style haitian food. Nothing fancy to discuss. Come visit!“
“For those in search of authentic, flavorful Haitian patties, look no further! I tried the beef, chicken, and cod fish patties, all baked to absolute perfection. Savory, fresh, and delicious! The restaurant's ambiance is very simple; they offer a pickup/to-go experience with warm and friendly service.“
