“Really cute cafe. Staff was really kind and friendly. Cafe is very cozy, clean, has a lot of table seats and some sofas. Menu is very extensive- lots of autumn drinks and also bubble tea. Presentation of drinks is really cute, they have glass mason jars if you’re staying in the cafe. They also have wifi!”

“I called for some advice to feed a party of 70 co-workers and got expert help and a warning to reduce my portions, not increase them! The food was delivered on time with assistance and it all tasted great. The plan is to do this again next year. Thank you Kris and Gus for your expert service and delicious food. “This is a primo smokehouse with an incredible deli. But with a twist. It's Bavarian/German as opposed to Italian. And that is really tough to find. And a deli that MAKES THEIR OWN SMOKED and PREPARED MEATS really is a rarity. And they do it well. With a great attitude. They are right off the Taconic, they're near 84, not far off 87, and close to heaven for carnivores. Checkout the website.

“Franco's has the best fresh mozzarella. Only place comparable to Arthur Avenue, actually even better. Save on the gas buy your fresh mozzarelka here. They also actually know how to slice Proscuiitto. All who live up here know that is a rarity. Their catering is amazing. Above all else nicest folks in the world. This is can't miss deli across the board. Best Italian Deli in Dutchess County.”

“I ordered a cake for the first time for a friend’s shower. The cake was so delicious (and pretty-they did such a nice job!), the staff were so family friendly and the prices are totally reasonable ! While we were there, we also picked up some dog biscuits and carrot cake cupcakes. My kids and dogs loved them!! “This place has improved significantly since our last time here in the Spring. They have given the paint a facelift and cleaned up the general aesthetics. I do think more seating would be helpful (which is why I gave 4, not 5 stars.
We ordered two regular ice creams and I had the joy of having the dairy free Pina Colada sorbet. It was delicious and refreshing- I do wish I was a little colder and less melted (again why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). My oldest child and I are dairy free due to lactose intolerance and there are almost no ice cream shops that offer such options. Thank you Carvel for paying attention and offering so many delicious options and not just flavored ice.”

“There food is good. The Handshakes wings are AMAZING. It's family owned and operated I believe. So we like to support local. I have been going there for years. recently mostly take out. But ate there last night. it was great. the service was good. They also make a great burger. I think best for a burger and wings. my husband loves the patty melt. per him it come out perfect no need for ketchup or salt or pepper.”

“We had an ice cream sandwich which was ginormous, would take a very ambitious recipient if up to challenge. Otherwise, split it with your beloveds! Malt shake with cookies and cream is a knocked out. Literally. The patron fell asleep right after finishing it. I tried the mint chip ice cream which was so yummy. I ended up sharing the pistachio and banana cream pie. Enjoyed real pistachios and my favorite part was the banana cream pie! So good!! Would visit again on a hot summer day.”
