Arturo has been an extraordinary person, I felt super comfortable when talking about the menu, his service was incredible. We were surprised when we arrived, the Menu we had agreed upon was perfect, we planned it for 15 people and it was a surprise to see that it was personalized, with my cousin's name and the options we had talked about. “The Blue Sky Deli is not called "Chopped Cheese Delicious" but the food and the staff have not changed. I wanted to have one of their Chopped Cheese sandwiches for dinner and it did not disappoint. The sandwich is now $8.00 so it is not as cheap as it was before. Still the sandwich, which is basically a chopped up double cheeseburger with spices on a hero roll that is pressed, is still excellent. It is a great sandwich and really filling. The sandwich really is delicious.”
