“Given that our dinner was at a premier culinary school my lamb was very disappointing. I specifically told our server that I wanted it medium rare but he stated that the could only serve it medium which I agreed to. When it came out it was more than well done and dry. Even the server recognized this. I sent it back. We raise lamb and would hope it is prepared in a way that consumers enjoy this an alternative to other meat. The key is a proper preparation. If someone had not had lamb before, they would probably not order it again if this is the dish they were presented.“

“What an amazing place. Selected it as a venue for a gathering of friends as an upstate/downstate geo midpoint. Food was unbelievably amazing (ordered off appetizer menu, late night menu, but the whole menu looked great), hosts Russ & Helga were warm welcoming and friendly, live music from Ethan Levy was perfect, every server and bartender were top notch. We will definitely be back. This is a rare Hudson Valley jewel that I am so glad we found.“

“Googled a good sports bar and this was the number one option. It's a indoor golf/whiskey bar more than a sports bar but drinks are good and cheap. The kitchen messed up my food order but it was still good so I won't knock any points off. The bartender and staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'll come back for sure.“

“Monday night Prime Rib was amazing. Im a salt-o-holic i didn't need salt on my prime rib it was perfect when dipped in the sauce. Service well everyone knows everyone in the place a true local pub. But duper friendly staff. Felt like you could just belong here if you wanted to. Lots of cool decor!“

“I don’t think there is enough that I can say about this place. It’s a total hidden gem in the Hudson valley. The food is always good, the service is done quickly and with a smile, and the regulars are always entertaining. This place delivers so much more then your normal neighborhood pub. Check it out! “Absolutely loved our dinner! The food was amazing, get the French onion soup you will not regret it. The cocktails are inspired and the ambiance lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely come up a hit early so you can walk around the property and the farm.“
