“Ordered the lamb dibi w/jollof rice and the chicken dibi w/jollof rice! Both were tender, flavorful, and delicious! Good portions and the customer service is excellent! Totally worth a visit/order! The fish fataya and plantains were perfect! Don't hesitate, give Jollof Cafe & Grill a try! You wont be disappointed!”
“The best they have are their Picadas and cocktails, you have to visit them.”

“Everyone has different taste but certain things does not necessarily go together such as a sour fruit and chocolate. Drinks are pretty great, certain drinks might give nostalgic feeling from childhood”
“As a customer at Gyros & Wings Paradise, I have to say, it’s become my new favorite spot! The moment I walked in, the delicious smells hit me, and I couldn’t wait to dig in. I started with the gyro, and it was fantastic—perfectly seasoned meat with a generous portion of tzatziki sauce, wrapped in a warm, fluffy pita. The flavor was spot on, and I could tell everything was fresh.”

“Healthy foods and a relaxing atmosphere. Nice people too!”
“Excellent chole baturae and thali served with freshness and great flavor. Served food with smile and calling me bhai which created Indian home like feeling. I highly recommend anyone this place who would like to try the best Indian dishes with desi flavors. I will definitely return to this place to try all other dishes.”
“I stopped there for a breakfast between flights. I got a chamomile tea and hot oatmeal with banana, raisins and maple syrup. It was a nice meal before next flight”

“After a night of drinking I get a hankering for cheat meals the next day. Luckily dumpling house delivered on the general tso chicken. Wish there was more broccoli tho but I’m other people prob prefer mostly chicken. And has anyone found a Chinese takeout where the general tso is actually spicy? The search continues ...”
“Tasty food and good service. Chicken with garlic sauce, beef with broccoli, shrimp lo mein, chicken wings are my go-to items here. Always fresh and the rice is good, they also give lots of sauce and hot oil, napkins, etc. The store has new management and chefs which is why it tastes so good compared to few years ago.”
“I had a midday lunch of curry chicken, chana, dahl (in separate container,) and buss-up shot roti. The spicy flavors were all excellent. The pepper flavor in the dahl was an exciting surprise. Maubi was my beverage (perfect: not overly bitter nor overly sweet.) The service was really good from what one would expect from an over the counter food shop. I love the Guyanese accent of the woman who took my order. Oh, I had a mango smoothie to go, to top off a nice experience. There are more foods to try. I will be back!”
“It depends on the time of day they generally make the chicken early in the morning once that amount has been sold then they make more they also serve freshly made fish sandwiches or fish with French fries”
“I admire this spot! They offer superb meals, their menu is large, The chef in that place is a specialist, I like a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.”
“Merrick form supermarket is a multiplex store. They carried a wide variety of products from here and all over the Caribbean and Latin America . It's always a one-stop shop for me ,management and staff are very professional 👌

“I just got back from a trip to NYC and my brother-in-law treated us to dinner from The Halal Guys in Midtown and I knew it would be good since it was the only food cart with a block-long line after midnight. In fact I liked it so much I wanted to see if I could get something similar nearby... and I found it! I got the chicken and lamb over rice combo and while it wasn't quite the same it was still very good. The only difference is it didn't come with the pita bread and the white sauce tasted a bit different, but not bad. It also has more veggies so more "crunch" but next time I'm going to ask to leave them off (I just don't like the crunch...). I'm very happy to have a local option at a good price and generous portions. Thank you Sam's.”
“I loved the place the food was amazing and also the server was very kind to give me more than enough napkins and utensils along my food. The amount of food given was filled to the top with no room to spare it was an amazing experience would recommend it 10/10.
Kid-friendliness: The workers are nice and well behaved and very funny.”
“Tried it today after contemplating for a while. The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. It was so good, it didn't need no sauce. The server recommended the Butter chicken, and I came back 2 hours later to try it and he remembered my order. The food is freshly made to order. Very impressed! This will be my new lunch/breakfast spot.”
“Best place ever to buy your ices or ice cream, if you want to host a party and afraid of serving ice cream because is going to melt, no worries they will take care you, they help you with dry ice, and they will teach you how to handle it.
The employees, the best people, very friendly and caring for customers.”
“I frequent this superb place from time to time as I like the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and experienced. The service is awfully quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is good. I ate there many times and I was always satisfied. The payment is modest. I recommend this place to my friends and family.”
“Thanks for all that you Do! Outstanding ? customer service. The foods are always prepared with love; much continued success Inshallah. DR.SHAHID WARRIOR OF ALLAH BKNY ? ✨️ ❤️”
“1/5/24 7:07pm.The woman making those cheeseburgers deluxe must have magic hands. I haven't taste a deluxe cheeseburger like that since early 2000s in the hood. I tasted everything on that burger, the cheese, onions. Mayo, ketchup, etc. And it was well done and juicy. She's a keeper.”
“Love Love Love this store!!!! It is so clean, and organized. Literally what ever your craving is,or you don't want to deal with the supermarket vibes I'm sure your needs and want will be fulfilled. And the owner as well as the staff are what makes it my one and only neighborhood store.”
“This is an authentic African restaurant, so I would go with someone who knows your taste. My Nigerian friend took us there, and he recommended the dishes. I love the rice and goat (different from my Jamaican flavor). My friend, she had rice and chicken. They were delicious. Something different. Go taste ?. PS. The place is not large but quient and cozy. Staff and owner are very friendly.”
“I couldn't recommend this homemade tiffins service more highly! The food is so fresh and healthy, the dishes delicious and varied each week, and my husband and I always marvel at how great we feel after these meals -- nothing like our (beloved but) heavy Indian take-out in the neighborhood. Especially during quarantine, this has been a true godsend. The chef is so talented, and we love that it's a local family business. Plus amazing customer service, and it's completely customizable week to week, so zero commitment. Highly suggest!!”

“hands down the greatest pizza place ever!! awesome customer service great food super patient i always try and tip super well when i have good cash. they are great and they even did a delivery for me when they were closing they are amazing people and this place deserves more recognition!”
“Catered this weekend - Italian Chicken Cutlet Supreme was awesome. Fresh and delicious. Stuffed cherry peppers were a hit. Salads were amazing but Mediterranean salad was my favorite. Pecan ring with whipped cream was gone in minutes. Thank you Mark (and Milton) for a delicious afternoon remembering my dad with family.”
“Needs to be updated, need to use real cheese. Especially being the most expensive hole in the wall diner. I don't mind spending $25 for a breakfast plate. Just give me real cheese and thank you for still offering rye bread. Owner remembers everyone by face . Good people”
“Sanaa is the best. She knows my order before I say it, makes my smoothie perfect and never forgets my discount. She also trained new employees to accommodate me in the same manner. She is management material to me with the best customer service I've seen so far. One kid asked me why I be coming so late near closing. I found that to be distasteful. There's a slim dark-skinned guy that works there also who usually knows my order as well.”
“Hands down, the best bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in Queens! This local deli is a hidden gem that delivers quality every time.
The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they take pride in their craft. I’ve been to a lot of delis in the city, but this one keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: Tons of snack options for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp access in the front.”
“BEST RED PEAS SOUP HANDS DOWN !!!!! Good gosh man ! I’ve been trying to find a good red peas soup for years ! Flavorful , spices were just right . The cornmeal porridge had the right texture and so was my curry goat ??”
“Simple, no frills Popeyes located inside the food court of the casino. They serve chicken meals, chicken sandwiches and the normal sides.Had a 4pc chicken meal, and the chicken was tasty, the side (Mac n’Cheese) was delicious, and the biscuit was fine. Overall good experience.”

“The best Haitian patties in NY hands down. They even let you use EBT if this message is for anyone. Their cakes are soooooo delicious . Their patties actually have meat inside! The Herring bread they make is literally sent from the gods. I've enjoyed their patties for over 9 years it's a hidden treasure if you know you know.”
“Was coming in and had to stop and wonder if they were closed cause the lobby was so clean it looked like it ain’t been touched in hours
the cashier greeted my very kindly unfortunately the ice cream machine was broken but ended up being recommend the milkshake which honestly might’ve been better the cone i wanted ? great experience”
“Walk in and get the authentic feel of a home cooked Jamaican meal. Wish I ordered a variety of different dishes because my kids mouth was on fire but he loved it. Pair your j*** chicken dish with the sorrel drink - tastes like a tropical ginger beer. Cabbage was cooked soft and not soggy. Get your j*** chicken fix at the country life. Worth a visit.”
“We stumbled in after a long flight from Germany, where the Mexican food situation is charitably described as underwhelming. The woman behind the counter greeted me pleasantly. A couple with suitcases and half-empty plates canoodled at a four top. La Isla contestants mirrored on two large TVs attempted to complete an obstacle course.
"Hello," I said, "we are very hungry and in desperate need of tacos. We eat everything... except tripe. No intestines, please. Tongue, beef, pork, chicken, fish - whatever. I have been awake for 28 hours, and I have no capacity left to make a decision. You are the expert. Can you please bring us whatever is the most delicious? I trust your judgement."
The woman looked at me, a little puzzled. "How many plates?"
"Enough for two adults and a kid with a hollow leg. And... do you have Jarritos? Tamarind, maybe?"
"It's in the cooler there. You just want me to make you some plates?"
"Yes, please. I think you'll make better decisions than I will. You know what's awesome."
We grabbed the Jarritos (Tamarind, Mandarin, Pineapple) and sat down. We watched La Isla while waiting. Mouthwatering scents began to waft toward us. After a short while, the angel behind the counter approached bearing plates laden with everything that I didn't know was missing from my life.
Succulent and tender lengua, pliant steak, perfectly plump shrimp, and al pastor redolent of cumin, achiote, sizzling fat and just the right amount of char piled atop rice and wonderfully squidgy refried beans. Nopales!! Fresh green cilantro, tart lime, crisp white onion and tight rolls of steaming hot tortillas, all ready for me to shove into the mouth part of my face.
WE DEVOURED IT as locusts upon an untouched field, or perhaps just hungry travelers in search of a delicious meal. It was everything I had hoped it would be, and healed a part of my soul that I didn't realize was broken. I was grateful for every decision in my life that had led me to that moment, eating a perfect taco and swilling tamarind Jarritos with my family.”
“I recently visited Popeyes and was impressed by the service. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and delivered quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return for both the delicious food and the excellent service.”
“I have been going to the local carvel here for years. The guy who works here always is helpful and tells me he can best assist if we tell him what we need in advance. Every time I forget but he is still able to pull off exactly what I needed every time. I appreciate people like him who consistently go the extra mile.”
“Awesome food and customer service! I only wished their maduros were softer and sweeter. I ordered delivery and they forgot some stuff. Called them back and they sent it right away. The food was delicious! The people (on phone and delivery person) were very nice. Next time I'm in NY, I'll order from here again!”
“I'd rate the food about 7/10Ordered:crunch red ball(sushi) - Came 'fridge' cold but was neither bad nor exceptional.spring rolls - Exceeded my expectations, they came hot temperature-wise and was very nice :D 9.5/10Orange juice - pretty good, price justified for a big cupNew york cheesecake - It's nice, biscuit base was soft. Overall a non fluffy, nice and dense cake 7.5/10Tl;drPricey but good. Above average airport food ;P Music and staff are nice TwT”

“They have been here for ages! The food is absolutely delicious. The price is absolutely worth it considering they do not skimp on the meat and give you no fatty parts. The service is always excellent. It’s always the same man there everyday 7 days a week and he is always in a great mood and super sweet. Its cash only. Call your order in!”
“food is good but I think it could be a little bit better. It’s honestly really really really good but it’s a little difficult with delivery. They get my order wrong sometimes and sometimes when they send it, the tacos are sticking to the bottom and they’re a little bit soggy and cold when they get here but that’s licleh DoorDash’s fault. Also very upset that they discontinued the blue raspberry freeze. That was the greatest item of all time I’m a bit disappointed.”
“Good Salvadoran flavor, their typical dishes really taste like our land. The pupusas here are delicious and well done!
I think that the atmosphere and appearance of the place needs to be improved as it seems a little run down in appearance. The place could use a makeover to elevate its category, but I must emphasize that the food is definitely very good.”
“I went across this restaurant sometime last week and NYC has been lacking as of late when it comes to Jamaican food. However, when I came here the flavor and the food hit the spot! It tasted like how great Jamaican restaurants would taste over a decade ago. The staff puts real care into their food. Since I’ve been here I’ve ate here 3 times. The great thing about this place also is that they’re consistent! The other Jamaican restaurants on the the Guy R strip are closed or just taste processed. Nyaminz and Jaminz tastes original and the main person here with the red hair is great and understands customer service. I would highly recommend this place anytime.”
“The 4.8 stars on this place it’s real and it’s true. The food is delicious it’s just perfect, I tried their $8 combination rice comes with a soda and it was just amazing. If you like pita bread ask him to add some and he will do at no extra cost. This place is perfect if your like me who was waiting on family arriving at the airport. Go here!”
“I gotta show this place some luv. Smoke BBQ Pit has been around for as long as I can remember and the food has been consistently good. The vibes are live and welcoming, and the staff is nothing but patient and helpful. LOVE THE BBQ BEEF RIBS!!!”
“Now the New York Deli. Great price and good breakfast food. Try the Greek breakfast wrap $10, egg cheese and bacon sandwiches and bagels for $8. No seating but head down to the gates and you’ll find charging station tables you can sit at.”
“Burgers are very reasonably priced for NYC and especially JFK. Located in terminal 5.
Burger and fries were excellent. Service was good and fast as it has to be in an airport.”
“So this is your typical airport bar/restaurant in Terminal 8 at JFK, but I must say the staff here was perhaps the nicest, friendliest, and most attentive group of young ladies I’ve ever encountered in this city. I’m checking in here only so I can review them. The drinks were delicious, but the service and “not too much but not too little” amount of conversation and attention that my server, Bibi, gave, was exceptional.”

“I give it a five because the food is good, then there's the rest of the issues at this place. For the amount of people this place serves and it's location this place is way tooo under staffed and small. They need to hire security for the amount of illicit activities occurring here young kids fighting, drug sales and everything you get when you have an large open space in the ghetto and no control. The food is usually good and the location is usually clean.”

“Finally Al Aqsa open their Chinese Restaurant . Their Bangladeshi style Chinese is awesome . The food is fresh and delicious! Customer service is excellent . I would say that this is the best place to enjoy Bangladeshi Chinese in Bronx.”
“I've noticed from this Mcd’s on Sutphin Blvd. that the day crew seems to care more than the night crew. Night crew I can find no napkins, straws even the center bun of my big mac oh and three times I've had burnt filet o fish. You order during the day and I have no complaints. Big macs are perfect, fries golden brown and fish is also perfectly cooked. So to the day crew thanks for the quality of service and the night crew you need to be dismissed.”
“If you love a classic old fashion lance will never disappoint. As a bartender we always seek the perfect classic cocktail. Lance will give you the closest to perfect cocktail.”
