“I’ve only visited this bagel place twice. My first order was an onion bagel with plain cream cheese and my second order was a lox and plain cream cheese on an everything bagel - amazing stuff I wish I could eat daily! I also ordered a 1/2 pound of the lox spread and bagels. I will definitely return for the tasty bagels and will try other things on the menu. Thank you for a pleasant experience!“

“Relaxed comfortable atmosphere where you can stay as long or as little as you want. We enjoyed our coffees. The warm temperature inside was a welcome break from the chilly rain outside. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Photo is of one of the three "living pictures" on the wall.“

“When your cup of coffee comes out just right… I always have an issue using Uber eats… but I called and spoke to this wonderful woman named Sharon, she was able to customize my order over the phone and she honestly just made my morning that much better. Fantastic customer service!!! And I even got a cute pumpkin sticker!“

“First and foremost it’s imperative to “read the room” then to rate. I walked in and was the only customer. Then within 1-3 minutes there was a line behind me that led outside on a Tuesday morning, not Monday; you would’ve swore it was a night club(no exaggeration). The two Dunkin’ Donuts associates held it down and serviced everyone as promptly and as courteous as possible. Even despite some customers who were in a rush that were non compassionate to the situation. All in all, I understand customers’ frustrations but put yourself in someone else’s shoes before criticizing. I’ll return again, those ladies were awesome and serviced New Yorkers with a smile despite receiving negative attitudes.“

“Beautiful space and friendly staff. We were welcomed by very polite and courteous gentleman and even though we didn’t have a reservation (we didn’t know we needed one) they were able to accommodate us with no hesitation. Giovanni offered us nice drinks and tea along with a delicious shisha. She was very helpful when we had questions about flavors and was very attentive during the time we were there. Will definitely come back. Only thing to note is that if you enjoy a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, try to go on the earlier part of the afternoon/night as it gets louder and feels more like a nightclub later in the evening.Vegetarian options: Dry nuts and French fries“

“TL:DR - great food, cozy space, beverages are hit or miss depends what you get. 4 stars. David the barista is great! 58th st location.Details:Service 5/5 - shoutout to David for the exceptional customer service. super cramped in here but it's kind of cozy. They have wifi but it's super intimately spaced and I feel like I'm going to break my neck on those stairs, this place is short people friendly.Food: tastiest chicken Empanada I've had in awhile that isn't from the Criollos chain. It was juicy without being wet and flavorful. Wepa!!!!Drinks: my buddy got the Tres Leche and I had fomo because that thing was GOOOD. Drank half of hers lol. I got an iced Coquito latte because I'm a sweaty human even in winter and it helped regulate my temp but the taste was just OK. Her drink was hot and I was happy to sweat for it.Note: the iced drinks come in those clear bags with a straw like when Covid started allowing people to drink out of plastic bags from bars. We went to pick her kid up from tennis and I looked like an unhinged day drinker trying to relive spring break.Misc: Stopped by with a buddy to wait for tennis to let out over on 1st ave. Got a chicken Empanada, a Tres leche coffee and a coquito *flavored* latte. ( they have actual spirit infused stuff but i didn't get that).“

“Their turmeric bun is insanely good. Was lucky enough to catch it right as it was fresh out of the oven and waiting to be glazed. Almost doubled back for another one it was so good (self restraint won).Delicate, flaky, caramelized crust. Fluffy, light, moist pull-apart center. I usually find glazed pastries too sweet, but this one was perfect - just sweet enough to hit the spot but not too sweet that it feels heavy. The balance of flavors is just right. Just a hint of turmeric that isn't at all overpowering.“

“Mussette in Harlem is a wine bar that truly understands the art of hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was stellar—attentive without being overbearing. The Women’s History wine flight they offer is not just unique but also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and celebration of diversity in the wine world. And let's talk about their charcuterie boards—absolutely sublime! The selection of cheeses, dried fruit and nuts paired perfectly with the wines we chose. But what truly sets Mussette apart is the warmth and genuine passion of the staff. They made our evening unforgettable, offering insights and recommendations that enhanced our experience. If you're in Harlem and looking for a cozy spot with exceptional wine and hospitality, Mussette is the place to be.“
