“I'm not one to write reviews often but I feel this needs to be shared. I've been in this location 3 to 4 times and every time I feel there is a rude or obnoxious customer in line. The place has the friendliest staff. Even when they're busy or short staffed they have the best attitudes. I hope what I've seen in my few times here is not the norm for these people. The average public needs to get off their high horse and stop being impatient. It's 15 minutes at worst...you have 23 hours and 45 minutes left in the day to do something productive. Eat your lunch and relax.“
“1 hour later after my horrible visit to the Subway location in the Speedway gas station. I visited the other Subway location near my house in front of the Tops grocery store and received far superior service over that other Subway location. I actually got everything I ordered, which really wasn't that difficult of an order. What a difference between 2 locations from the same chain of Subway restaurants. So if you're able to, skip the location in the gas station and drive down to Transit, turn right and just a bit down the road is a Subway location that won't let you down or steal your money like the one on Genesee by the airport.“
“Phenomenal Service from the initial inquiry, to the ordering, the delivery and the awesome food!! I had not heard of this place before but it was awesome! i placed a large order for my co workers for a working lunch meeting. Everything was amazing! Sandy is super helpful and did a phenomenal job! “I’ve been to my fair share of different Jersey mikes in the area and honestly this one is the best. There were three guys working, two were training the one. They were the sweetest workers I’ve ever encountered at a JerseyMikes. Most others I have been to have been really rude and given eye rolls and sighs. Honestly they deserve a shout out. I’ve worked fast food and retail and these guys are rare, appreciate them, I hope they get to see this one.“
“My favorite place for a sub, I get one every time I can get over to Akron. I hope they never change the recipe for the sub oil they use. It's one of the best aspects of the subs here! This has been my favorite sub and sandwich place since I was a kid. “My favorite god damn sub place of all time. We come in, place our orders and get our food before we even find a table. The subs are always packed and delicious. I usually get the Godfather in Everything (or "Danny's Favorite" for the Wegmans casuals). One thing that's still odd to me is that there are no gluten free breads or wraps available. One of the guests in our recent group is a no gluten person (she was a first timer) and we were all surprised that she couldn't haven't the same experience as us and had to get a salad. Seems like such an easy fix? Probably a bad first impression for her but doesn't change my opinion much.“
“This Subway is the best! I feel like I'm walking into a family deli the way I am greeted with a smile. No matter how busy they are, they always look up and greet you! Friendly smiles, laughing and joking and they remember their regular customers! Awesome job guys!“
“Convenient location, located right on North French and Campbell Blvd. Easy parking lot, isn't too much of a pain getting in and out. Public, double stall bathrooms. Clean, and up kept, changing table located in larger stall. Huge location with many different options. I believe they also have a Sub shop located directly inside. I was in a rush so I couldn't investigate.“
