“Great local takeout spot for tex mex food. Filling, good taste, inexpensive and friendly people. The enchiladas, chimichangas and combo dish are my go to. Also really like the chorizo taco and black bean taco, black and pinto beans with rice.Even the American food is pretty good, especially if youre trying to decide what to order with a picky eater: burgers, onion rings, chicken or steak sandwiches.Try the fried apple sticks..“
“I drove through this place at 10:30 on a Saturday night. I ordered a vanilla shake and everyone I encountered, from the window where you pay to the window where you're given your stuff, asked if I was the one who got a vanilla shake. This vanilla shake was the hottest topic among the people at the windows and the people in the car. I felt like a rock star because everyone wanted to know about my milkshake.I asked for no meat on my Big Mac. I asked again at both windows just to gently clarify that I didn't want meat. There was actually extra meat on it (3 meat patties instead of the standard 2), which I realized when I got home. With all of those no-meat reassurances and the level of detail that was given the milk shake, I didn't think to check the Big Mac for meat.Other than that, it was fantastic.“
“The person who made my sandwich was very sweet and very polite, he even offered me a cup for ice for my drink. The place was clean and had a very calm atmosphere, would recommend and come again 😊 Might I add, the sandwich was delicious ^-^ made to perfection! ⤓
“Very satisfied with the food and service but there was a new item prominently displayed on the menu, but when I went to order that item, I was told that they didn’t have that item for order. It’s a good thing that I’m not that fussy where it comes to ordering food.“
“Taking a bite from Wah Fung's roasted pork and duck rice plate quite literally changed my life. I had never had something so delicious, fresh, and perfectly spiced and sauced. I came to Wah Fung on a Wednesday afternoon while doing an NYC Chinatown food crawl. I was slightly scared when I arrived and there was a line out the door. However, I was in the store within 10-15 minutes where I was greeted by the sight of hanging meats and the smells of aromatic spices. After analyzing the different combinations of plates that I could choose from, I opted for a roasted pork and duck plate that also came with rice and cabbage and only cost $8.50. I wanted a variety of meats and so this was a great choice for me. The roasted pork was so incredibly tender and the duck was crispy and juicy. The sauce that they use to top off the plate kept every component of the plate moist and tasty. I highly recommend this plate for anyone who loves meat and is looking for some delicious food in Chinatown.“
“I enjoyed their burger which tasted fresh. Their fries were nice and crispy. We were able to split a small order of fries between 2 people. The service was great. Seating is limited. I wouldn’t agree that they have the best burger in NYC but it was still good.“
“Man what an experience. I never felt pain all over my face until I had the Rouge Big Rowdy Sandwich. If you can handle spice get medium because Rouge genuinely made it impossible to enjoy the Sandwich. After a long break I tried my friend’s sandwich, and it was delicious. Mango lassi was sweet and cold and perfect for when my face was burning.8.5/10“
“Great food from a vegan business run by vegans. The "chicken legs" are amazing and my daughter said the mac n cheese was the best she has ever tasted. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. Whilst primarily a take-out there is a small seating area for those wanting to eat in. Highly recommended.“
“I liked the ordering with kiosk option where you could view pictures and customize your orders easily. I chose the Koba bowl. The portion size shocked me! My bowl looked like a mountain. It was satisfying to have that much food and a variety of stuff in only one bowl. Both food and service were amazing! With any order it also comes with a Korean snack of your choice.“
“Love the booths! I always sit in one with my laptop, coffee, and Whopper. It’s like my office! The staff is courteous and hardworking. The atmosphere is calm and quiet (though there is a Sirius XM ad track playing on a loop). There is a high school across the street and a middle school nearby so there will be more business and energy around 2:30pm - 4:30pm weekdays. No salads here, but you can ask for extra lettuce and tomatoes in your Whopper! Plenty of 4-seater and 2-seater tables.“
