“Went here for a low key birthday dinner with the husband last night. The place is cozy and the staff was super friendly. You order food through an app which honestly, is pretty ingenious. You have a few flavors of soup to pick from and a ton of add ins from lamb, beef or pork belly, squid, shrimp, fish or meat balls, dumplings, various noodles, different types of mushrooms, vegetables and probably a lot more that I can’t even remember. Soda comes with the meal, and there’s a ton of stuff off to the side to use for flavoring. The base itself was a bit bland but all the add in options help. I ended up making my own dipping sauce, as well as stuff to flavor the soup (garlic, cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds/oil, salt/sugar, soy sauce, peanut sauce, tofu, sesame sauce, the list goes on of what’s available ). There’s also tongs, plates, bowls, ladles etc next to the mix ins if you’d like to use those. And to round out the meal, you get ice cream as well. All the food also came out super quick.Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back again. Totally recommend.Vegetarian options: Vegetation options seemed easily available. They have a tomato soup base with various vegetables such as potato, sweet potato, spinach various mushrooms, seaweed, and tofu.Parking: No assigned spots, but a decent amount of space in front, back and on the side to park.“

“This place awesome! The Empanadas are amazing! I had A beef ,spicy chicken, pernil and chorizo empanadas. They were golden crispy and very tasty. The place is small and clean. Parking right on side of building.I recommend this place you will not be disappointed.“

“Very neat place with awesome atmosphere. Solid craft beer list (unfortunately missed my tastes but still a good list). Bartender was super friendly and fun.We unfortunately only got wings here and they were not good. They were dry, small, and the dry rub only hit one side. So that side was overpoweringly flavored and the other was just dry chicken.Their menu looks awesome and some of the other food we saw coming out looked really good. But the wings were decidedly not good.Hope to come back another day and try some other food and switch to 5 stars.“

“We'd driven by quite a few times and decided it was time to give Ray's Place a try. I'm very happy we did. First of all, the owner greets you so warmly upon entering. We were new to this restaurant, yet he treated us like old friends. We both decided to try the cheesesteak sandwiches and we split an order of fries and onion rings. You can easily see how much care he puts in to his menu items. The cheesesteaks are wonderful- the bread is so fresh and delicious! Onion rings are perfectly crispy! Regular sized fries are more than enough for 2 to share. I'm definitely looking forward to trying breakfast items and the soups. You definitely have 2 new loyal customers!!“

“We moved to Florida and we wish we could bring Cuginos with us. Well actually, don't judge... but we have packed up food to fly home with us a few times! We CRAVE the food and we look forward to dining here every time we visit NY. We love everything we have tried but a few of our favorites are the Pizza, Garlic Knots with Cheese, Thai Chili Wings well done, hot honey espresso slice with pepperoni, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka. We have ordered trays of the Penne Ala Vodka and Eggplant Parm in the past as well, and it's a guaranteed hit at parties! My husband has always said you can put their Vodka sauce on a shoe and it will taste good. It's a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner Maria is an absolute gem and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and nicely decorated. This place remains at the top of my list and the quality of food is highly deserving of the best rating!“

“From the minute I contacted Paul, he was nothing but helpful and accommodating! I contacted him multiple times in order to finalize everything for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday. He always got back to me almost instantly! The food was amazing, and anytime anything ran out there was someone right there to fill it so there was never a time anyone was looking for food. The bar service was also wonderful! I had the party in their private room, and if there was something that wasn't readily available at that bar, they got it from the upstairs bar that was open to the public with no issue. In the private room there areTVs also available for either putting pictures, etc. up for a party or just to sit back and watch some sports. If you are looking for a chill atmosphere to host a party with great service, this is your place!“

“The atmosphere is amazing. That's the high point of this restaurant. I also love that they have a sauce bar where you can sample all kinds of different sauces. The food is decent, but it's not the most authentic Mexican food and the menu is a little limited compared to most Mexican restaurants. The service was good and the tortilla chips with all of the different salsas were probably the highlight of the meal. The chicken tortilla soup was very salty and didn't taste too good. That and the limited menu cost them a five star review instead of four stars. The rest of the food was pretty good though. It wasn't amazing, but it was decent.“

“For the second time, Mix n Mac came through in the clutch with a health dose of deliciousness in the form of a hefty Family Size batch of Mac n cheese when we had a bunch of friends over recently. It was an absolute hit! Fantastic people behind the scenes there making mac n cheese magic, couldn’t ask for a more simple & seamless order/pickup process with great customer service! “I had John as my server the last time I went. He is THE BEST server EVER! all of the food came in a fast and timely manner, and he brought bread and butter out nonstop. I left feeling like I went to an all you can eat buffet off of the rolls alone. I highly recommend that you request John as your server. I went on Saturday as soon as they opened so it wasn't very busy but boy we felt special.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant. I will say to take someone on a date or just to simply grab a bite to eat this place walking into it is nothing but pleasant. You walk in and you feel the culture in this beautiful establishment. the pictures on the wall down to the furniture simply magnificent.First stop always the bathroom to wash your hands and, of course probably one of the CLEANEST bathrooms I’ve ever walked into.Once seated Juan brought me over chips that are like no other chip chicharrines I’ve tasted before they taste very delicious by its self lightly salted, perfect! The wait time for 4 tacos received was probably about 7-10 minutes but once I got to them oh my taste buds were in heaven! Called gorditas I got chicken let me tell you! “First time ordering here, did take out. We got a plain pie, garbage pie, and chicken fingers with fries. The plain pie reminded me of Queens, so that's a huge win. The garbage pie was tasty, but needed a little more time. I recommend ordering it "well done". The chicken fingers and fries are kid approved 100% as they were gone before I could get a picture. Overall, probably the best pizza in 10940 and 10941 that I have tried so far.“

“Generous portions, delicious food. I’ve tried different Puerto Rican eateries in Middletown area, Newburgh and Poughkeepsie and by far this is the best. Owner is so friendly. I had a problem with the order taken over the phone but the owner made sure the girl that took the order corrected it right away.“

“I always recommend Mr Sushi to people when they ask for good restaurants near the Middletown area. Sushi is fresh and the specialty rolls are awesome. I go during lunch time and the lunch specials are fantastic: chicken teriyaki bento box (my only complaints are the texture of the chicken sometimes and meal temperature needs to be hotter), hibachi lunch is so delicious (sauces on the side ?), and sushi rolls- eel avocado, spicy tuna, and shrimp tempura are some of my favorite. “Several of times visiting Downtown Bagels to grab some grub. Sometimes bagels with cream cheese or butter. A few times ordering breakfast sandwiches. Excellent foods with great flavors. “Honestly the best Mexican spot in Middletown. Food was piping hot, flavor was on POINT, everything was delicious. Had chalupas for appetizers (which was to die for) Birria Tacos, a torta cubana and Pollo con Mole poblado. Oh! And of course churros. “Today I was at a gathering for the end of life services for my aunt and uncle. My cousin bought a tray and a half each of meatballs and baked ziti. In addition to that there were also two, I’m assuming the size was 3 foot heroes. One Italian One American. I just want to say that those meatballs were literally the best meatballs I have ever had anywhere. They were top-of-the-line.The heroes were full of meat and cheese. I was not able to get any of the baked ziti, but as I could tell it also looked top-of-the-line.I just want to say thank you very much for making quality food at your establishment .Bob Jenter.“

The toppings are generous, and the chicken pieces are perfectly portioned.We also get medium buffalo wings, and they are crispy and covered with a good amount of sauce.Last time we went, we received garlic knots as well. Not only were they delicious, they'll make you smell like garlic for a week ?Give Marco's a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“I'm from out of town and I was looking for some decent sushi and I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. I actually called in the takeout order but absolutely huge portions for the amount I paid. I couldn't even finish it all. I got the sushi and sashimi platter and absolutely amazing.“

The diner has a lovely atmosphere where they make everyone feel like family. The food is delicious and NEVER disappoints. Unlike that nasty diner on 211 that served me undercooked sausage. This place never misses. I'm a huge fan of their chicken scampi, breakfast platters and cheese burgers. The utensils are always clean and shiny. And the staff are just the kindest. “I am a former NYC resident and lived over 40 years just blocks away from NYC's Chinatown. I have also eaten Chinese food an average of once a week for the past 60 years. When I moved to the Orange / Sullivan County area 20 years ago ,one of my biggest regrets was the poor quality of Chinese food in the area,, that was until I found YouYou. Their food is the closest I've found to Chinatown or the many excellent Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn or Queens. While not perfect[, most of the dishes I've tried there are very good. The service for dine in is also very good. They are about 20 miles away from me but worth the drive. I'm tired of throwing other Chinese food away, at least I know YouYou is worth my time and money.“

I have been here 4 times in the last year and each time the food has been consistent. the arroz con pollo/rice with chicken is a nice comfort dish. and we love the chicken empanada.the atmosphere is ...the movie theater entrance to the mall, so it can be loud and a little weird to eat while people walk by and look at you, but you can sit further in the restaurant if it's not busy. I'm don't love going to the movies, I'd prefer to watch them at home, but if my husband says we can eat at Peru Cuisine afterwards, I'll go :)“

“So we were in town the other night after a game, a friend recommended this place I am glad we decided to stop and have dinner here. I love the atmosphere how they redid the old building. You must go in the bathroom and see the sinks the place just has a cool vibe to it, the service was excellent. The beer was amazing and of course the food was good. We will stop back when in the area again. I am a sucker for cheese curds and the appetizer did not disappoint. My wife ordered the mozzarella sticks and they are huge for dinner. I had the mac & cheese with the short rib. It was delicious couple we went out to dinner with decided to have burgers and reported they were very good And my wife of course had part of the lawn. Oh I mean a salad she reported it was delicious. They have plenty of free parking.“

“We tried their pizza today and it was delicious. At first, we questioned why the pizza was thinner and if it was worth the money. We took a few bites and enjoyed it. But once we got to the crust, we thought we would struggle because my boyfriend and I don't like DRY crusts. This pizza was MOIST. The crust was VERY thin and didn't give us that annoyingly large dry ending. We were referred here by a family member and will be getting our pizza here from now on. Then a manager came and asked what happened I replied with caprese salad is normally medallions of tomatoes and mozzarella with a basil leaf on each. This was plum tomatoe slices pilled like lettuce and miniature mozzarella rings and slices of basil and very little balsmic glaze with a side of balsamic dressingal and he says let me see what I can do. He comes back and says I took half off next time tell me at the beginning. I will return again because the food is phenomenal with the hopes of them making adjustments to that dish.“

“Came by here to order and got the lunch special since it's pretty cheap compared to other takeout places. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli lunch special and two orders of beef rolls. Unfortunately I found out when I asked for white rice I got pork fried instead and a regular egg roll instead of wonton soup. I can only guess they got confused since I ordered rolls separately and as for rice don't know how that got mixed up. If you order here make sure to get right stuff. For food, the shrimp was good, just right and broccoli was same, definitely could used more sauce. The pork fried rice, was bit off, but at least was not oily. Now the beef rolls, best ones I ever had, noticed a lot places have Philly cheese steak egg rolls and by far this place had my favorite version. Very cheesy unlike other places where microscopic beef and 80% onions.“

“We stumbled across La Fonda Boricua Restaurant by accident while driving. Those are the kinds of accidents one would want to have. Wow!! Talk about delicious food. The mofongo and arroz con pollo were both rich and delicious. And the portion size could feed a family of four. The staff were friendly and attentive and saw to be our every need.
