Kate was very hospitable, the bar is lively, well lit and just noisy enough. Great place to drop in if you're in the vicinity in Midtown. Reasonably priced and great drinks.. get the old-fashioned with skip the espresso martini. The food looks great, I didn't order anything on this visit, Will if I return.

Food and sevice was decent. The bill had a "service charge" embedded in the totals. I asked the manager thinking it was a fee from the state of new york. The manager said the "service charge" went to the server. The "service charge" was 22 to 24% of the total. The bill didn't state that and the first line to fill out on the invoice was "gratuity". Most people wouldn't notice the service charge and give the server an additional 15 to 25%. The tip should be based on the quality...read full review

We stayed at the Westin and needed dinner late. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was good but my steak was overpriced for the lack of tenderness (although it was cooked correctly at medium). Fries were standard fare. My wife had the turkey club and said it was good. The spinach artichoke dip was recommended by the server and quite good. They had tvs at the bar and it was a chatty environment.
