Heard about this place from John Barr. Came here twice. First time I had the Greek omlette. Second time had the matzo ball soup and cheese blintz. All amazingly good food. The staff are very friendly as well.
This is my new favorite place and I wish I could give it like thirty stars. Sorry my photos are so horrendous, the food was so good I only remembered to take pictures after I'd already demolished much of the meal, the meal that will go in down in history as one of the best meals of my life. Soup is always too cold whenever I order it anywhere, but their lentil soup was perfect, scorching in the best way. It was also the absolute best lentil soup I've ever had. Amazing, uncomplicated food that's tasty and really good value. The challah bread is particularly good, and I love the potato soup. It's also a very welcoming place to eat if you're on your own - just take a seat at the counter!
