So pre-arriving into NYC for our trip I'd heard good things about the Blue Bottle Coffee chain so was pretty sure I'd seek one out whilst on our visit. Thankfully this branch was relatively close to where we were staying - I say thankfully this also became a bit of an addiction for our visit! Fantastic experience.Sarah, Reggie and Jasmine took such care of us and went above and beyond with their customer service.We were so impressed and will be back.The cardamom latte and sweet latte were exactly what we wanted.

I love blue bottle - this location was great. Penn 1 is a nice office/work building and I see the benefit of having a fancy coffee shop right in the middle. There was bar seating inside and the service was great! Not too busy at 1pm on a Monday. Blue bottle is expensive but worth it. I always get the Nola with oat milk and today i grabbed a packet of instant coffee ($4 for one packet of instant coffee...) but excited to try!
