“I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! The service was quick and friendly, and my order was made exactly how I like it. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too strong, just right for an everyday pick-me-up. The donuts were soft, fresh, and full of flavor, especially the classic glazed.

Maybe it’s just me, but the coffee tastes fresher at the other UWS Dunkin locations — and the employees here seem perpetually lost. “I’ve been coming here for 2 years multiple times a week and every single time I come it’s always very clean, they always have what I want in stock, and everything always comes out very quickly. “I get a latte here anywhere from one to four times a week depending on how much time I have to spare in the morning. It's a commuter hub location. Sometimes it's chill. Sometimes it's very busy. I've been going there for over two years now.
I'm really impressed with the staff. Regardless of how much chaos the morning brings the team at this Dunkin is just awesome. Always a smile. Always attention to customers who are waiting. I have been a Dunkin morning latte drinker for over a decade and this is the most consistent location I've been to.

“The food is good, and I really enjoy coming here. A lot of the workers are very friendly, and I honestly like many of the people who work here. However, I do feel like the customer service from certain employees could be much better.
One thing that really bothers me is that they don’t always call out when an order is ready. Instead, customers are left playing a guessing game trying to figure out whether their food or drink is theirs. I’ve had drinks sitting there for several minutes.. sometimes around 6 minutes.. while I’m literally standing right in front of the counter waiting. They’ll sometimes just place the order off to the side without saying anything, even though there are customers waiting.
I understand that things can get busy, but I think the service could improve by paying closer attention to who is waiting, communicating when orders are ready, and making sure customers actually receive their orders in a timely manner.
Again, I want to emphasize that the staff is generally very friendly and the food is good. I just think better communication and attention to customers waiting for their orders would make the experience so much better.“
“I tried the Strawberries N’ Creme Cloud Dunkalatte, and even though it was very sweet, I absolutely loved it,it’s totally my kind of drink! This location gets extremely busy during the morning rush, but the service was still quick and efficient. I also noticed they have so many new drink options now. “Went there after buying cat food at Target for my little guys. ? I asked for a large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Latte. The cashier was respectful, & the guy who made the drink did a very good job. I love the seasonal drink's.
Went another time to get the Peppermint Mocha Latte, & the female employee there who was probably in her late 20's had a snotty attitude. I came in polite as ever, & she looked like she hated that job. I said hello, how are you? The response I got from her was what do you want? “This Dunkin’ location is incredibly clean, spacious, and well-lit. It’s in a prominent spot, and I love that it's right next to a Pilates studio.

“I work a block away from this Dunkin’ and commute on the subway, so this location in the 5 Av-53 St station is ideal for me. I stop here for coffee multiple times per week (and have for a few years), and have to say this is the most consistent location I’ve ever experienced. I stop at other Dunkins and sometimes the cold brew is weak, iced coffee is bitter, or they don’t read the order right and I end up with 37584 pumps of flavor when I asked for 2 - but that has never happened to me at this location. The staff here is always friendly and fast, and their prices tend to be good too (they’re cheaper than the ones by my place in Queens). As long as you don’t mind going down the stairs into the station to grab your order, I highly recommend it over the other locations in the area.“
