I only visited here for lunch, so I might have a different perspective given the menu's limitations. The Pho Dac Biet was good. It tasted decent but not outstanding. I guess I'm just accustomed to seeing a small Asian grandma prepare a pho with all the fixings. I found the flavor lacked the richness I'm used to, despite the lovely look. I would probably come back after dinner to see what had changed.
used to love this place. Now it feels like a fast-food joint with paper/plastic cups and plates. That may have been justified when Covid first started, but we now know that this is unnecessary, so it is just wasteful.
