Oh how I've missed potbelly. I haven't visited in a few months, but I'm glad to be back. I came in today , as they have a buy one get one special going on until Sunday. The restaurant was quiet and clean when I arrived, (there's also a little snow storm going on in NYC right now ) so it was not crowded . My pickup was for 10:30am I got there about 10:32am and my order was finishing up. I waited no more than 5 minutes in total . The customer service could have been a bit better...read full review

Two things I love the most are good food and good people. This place got both. Amazing customer service from professional, fast, and kind crew. Everyone who works there are so lovely. They all deserve all the best things in the world. So hardworking and nice amidst the chaos during lunch time. Potbelly, you better be treating your employees right!

An amazing sandwich shop with great choices of pre selected sandwiches and the option of building your own from scratch. You can choose 3 different sizes. The staff prepare your sandwich in front of you and are very generous with the fillings. There's plenty of indoor seating too.
