The 40th & Lex Starbucks morning crew has excellent customer service. I typically sit in here 2x a week & the team is always kind and welcoming- great at communication and positive. They greet everyone who walks in and are super cheerful when doling out drinks and food. It's a pleasure to sit and relax here. Right near my job, so this is my go-to spot for Starbucks. It's not the best customer service, but like I said, I go here for my convenience. I heard them say they ran out stuff to another customer, but it's only lunchtime. I was thinking either this spot gets super busy or they are low in stock. Either way, it was not the best spot to go to, but it was triple star day.
