Despite being the only one up front with a long line and to-go orders, he managed the entire stores orders effortlessly with a smile. It's rare to see such dedication and efficiency. Sweetgreen is currently dipping a toe into its possible enshittification stage. It’s unclear if they’re having staffing issues or just running experiments on how much they can accomplish with fewer people. The speedy and friendly service they were once known for is now absent from 4 separate locations I’ve visited over the last two weeks. They are certainly prioritizing delivery. A mid salad; I think for the price of their salads ($16) there needs to be a better ratio between goodies (toppings) and the greens… but that’s just my opinion.DISCLAIMER: there were more goodies at the bottom but still not enough to warrant the price.I guess inflation hits us in more ways than one.I will be looking for a more cost effective salad with the right goodie ratio but hey it wasn’t a bad salad. Just not the best.
