This place is great! I got the double cheeseburger. It was great! The double cheeseburger came with fries. Those were great too! Just FYI though, I think the name of the place is "Kennedy Chicken and Burgers", not "Texas Chicken and Burgers." Maybe they just changed the name. Or maybe they temporarily switched the big sign on the front to "Kennedy" just to gaslight me. Either one is possible, I guess...
This place is delicious. I was walking by on my way home one night and decided to try it out. It's fast food but taste like something your mama would make. The prices are great for the quality and quantity and it's super fast. Definitely get the fried chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes. I can't speak on the burgers, but I can imagine they are delicious. They have a screen up separating you from the teller and all the tables have been closed off, so you definitely feel Covid...read full review

There -WAS- a Texas Chicken & Burgers here at 151 E 103rd St (near Lexington Ave), NYC, in 2019. That location is (since 2021) a Kennedy Chicken & Burgers.(There IS now (2023) a Tex's Chicken & Burgers few blocks away, at 1974 2nd Ave (between E 101 St and E 102 St), NYC.)
