It is a wonderful way to start the day with healthy breakfast choices with a variety of flavors. The egg white omelet was served with a large portion size with mushrooms. I would recommend adding avocado slices to the omelet.
I probably stay at the Andaz a couple times a month. While breakfast is free, it is not your crappy continental breakfast. It is a solid menu that is well prepared and executed. There is both lobster and steak on the breakfast menu, for starters. The real standout here is the hospitality. For over a year, I have gotten to know Heather, Justyna, and Devin and they are all such kind and competent members of the team.
